It was just okay. I got the soup dumplings and there wasn’t that much soup in it and I had to ask the worker for a spoon even tho there were 5 of us they only gave one spoon. The other dumplings were just fine but lowkey tasted like they were frozen. We got drinks too and it was crowded at 3pm on a Saturday and they were under staffed so we waited almost 45 min for our drinks that were just okay. Also there were plenty of tables but not enough chairs. There is a bathroom that’s nice though. Some cute merch and snacks to buy too. I know it’s tannersville but it was strange that it’s an Asian cafe but none of the workers were Asian. Overall it was fine but def don’t go out of ur way to come here.

LOVED. Stayed nearby and was convinced I wouldn't be able to find good matcha in town...until I found Lucky Catskills. I am a matcha snob and you can tell they have high quality matcha and spend time and love on their coffee drinks. They even put freshly grated cinnamon in my matcha (I asked for cinnamon but had never had it freshly grated before), and it was wonderful. Nice staff and cute, chill cafe. Can't wait to come back on our next trip to the Catskills!

If only I could have the caramel gochujang latte with almond milk every single day — the coffee drink of dreams and it hit all marks of being sweet enough, robust in flavor and richness and absolutely, incredibly delicious. 🤤

You can tell so much love and passion goes into this place — from the vibrant floral wallpaper, to the cozy nook seating, the curated asian pantry goods and the kind service — this place is perfect.

What a treasure in Tannersville! ✨🇰🇷

Can’t rate the food because we ordered to-go Ramen noddles and still waiting - they should at least warn that waiting is at least 40 min for noodles .
Besides staff talks behind your back that you can hear them .
I’m local and definitely not coming back. Obviously they target are one time city tourists not to build long lasting relationships.
And yes - exactly my point of disappointment - we were NOT TOLD that we will have to wait longer then usually Poor communication.

I wanted to like this place. I'm on vacation from a hectic working life, I love dumplings, noodles and tea. I figured I would go to a late lunch at a very highly rated place I can walk to with a solid-looking menu. We walked in, and stood at the counter for maybe 3-4 minutes before anyone acknowledged us and attempted to take our order. I ordered to stay (two coffees, a bowl of ramen, soup dumplings and a pork bun), but there were no available tables inside, so we sat outside and waited.
Long story short, I had to get up and ask after my order/complain a few times, was met with something resembling contempt for having the gall to ask, and at one point was blamed for not hearing them call for us over the road noise (why do I have a table marker if you're not going to bring my order to me?).
After we finally got our food (which I had to stand around and wait by the counter for or risk being forgotten again) I received a few apologies and a complimentary pair of spring rolls, which I appreciate but didn't the take sting out of the whole experience. Added a star for the consideration.

The food is ok. It's way too expensive for what it is; I can get better dumplings and bao in NYC in double the quantity and for less money. The experience is hugely disappointing; the customer service is severely lacking and there are no efficiencies to their operation at all.

Basically, if it's empty and you can sit inside, go ahead- it's not bad. Otherwise, I would not recommend bothering unless you don't value your time or your money.

Truly incredible ramen and dumplings—TBH this might be my favorite restaurant in Greene County. The beverages are great too. I just wish they were open a little later for dinner, at least on the weekends!

Food came out fresh and hot. Really enjoyed the custard bun, dumplings and Dan Dan noodles we got. Also got a strawberry limeade which was not overly sweet. There's a table with utensils and water you get yourself and you bus your table when your done.

Wonderful space, well stocked with all kinds of delicious snacks and drinks that you can take to go or enjoy in the cafe. The staff were so friendly and really helpful, everyone really wants you to enjoy your time in the cafe. Their menu had some incredible staples and a handful of specials that were really tasty. The beef noodle soup was comforting, perfectly seasoned, and delicious. It was the perfect thing to warm me up on a cool Fall day. Their chicken katsu sando was a real treat with a tangy mayo and soft bread. The dumplings were sooo good and everything was very reasonably priced! Their drinks were perfectly crafted, I had the matcha and it was amazing. Can’t wait to come back again!

Wow so impressed !!!!! We had dumplings, the chive cake, and two specials - chicken katsu sando + Taiwanese beef noodle soup. First of all the staff was so attentive and nice! Even though it’s an order at the counter cafe they checked in on us to make sure everything was ok. The food was INCREDIBLE. I am absolutely in awe of how amazing the flavors were and everything was perfectly seasoned. So so so so highly recommend !!!!

Food and drink are excellent if not a bit expensive and slow to come out. (neither has stopped me from coming back). Fun little grocery store too! My only qualm is I wish they were open an hour or two later for dinner, and it would be great if there were some simple salads/vegetable sides.

I’m a connoisseur of dumplings and good Chinese food. Luckys has outstanding dumplings, ramen, buns and a wonderful assortment of drinks. Such a friendly staff and excellent food. Couldn’t reccomend it more! We are here every other weekend.
