Giulios is usually a very good restaurant. Great atmosphere, good food and friendly staff. Unfortunately, Valentines Day 2026 was a disaster. They overbooked and the place turned a romantic night into very bad vibes. The parking staff closed the parking lot and it was a free for all on the street outside. Then, they stopped honoring reservations at about 8:00 and it was awful inside and outside the restaurant. Disappointed and angry customers and staff were in abundance. I don’t...
I used to visit the owners old restaurant in Old Tappan. It has been many years since he took over Guilio's . I'm sorry I waited so long to visit. What a great meal we had as a family of six. Each of us were very happy with our selection and the service was great. I see some reviews from 3 years ago that don't make sense, maybe it was during the transition of owners but this place is amazing and we can't wait to come back.
Such a beautiful restaurant inside and out. Came here for a party and everything was amazing. The eggplant parm and veal Marsala were cooked perfectly. The staff went above and beyond. If you’re thinking about coming here or booking a party here- it’s worth it!
