My food was mishandled by the workers the way they prepared my food was very unsafe,and they also got my order wrong, I'm not sure why they prepared my food this way and every other order was done the right way.

Be careful ordering here. Hands down one of the worst Dunkin Teams around. I ordered a single latte. They made the 3 orders after mine first and didn't finish mine until I asked 2 team members what was going on. Both of whom pointed to someone else to blame. Clean and shiny doesn't fix poor service. One of the ladies that got her order before mine came back in and asked for her drink to be remade because it didn't taste like it even had coffee in it.

The receipt said my correct order and they got it wrong. They accepted that it was wrong and then decided they were right and I was wrong. Needless to say, but I won’t be coming back here again.

Donuts were not as fresh as I hoped, the service was slow to get to the counter from the back, and I said thank you and got little response. Not genuine. Won't go back here
Worst service operation I have ever experienced. 2 people keep switching on the register and then one takes the cup and the other does the second step. They must have done 5 orders from online. While store was backed up. Then, they put the cup with ice and sat it on the coffee bar for a long time. Making other orders. Ask the girl about just putting coffee in the cup. She goes “you need to wait” mind you she’s taking orders so she can then go back and work as a 2 way chain that doesn’t work……..
