After watching the latest Tournament of Champions: All-Star Christmas season, one of the chefs highlighted, Dale Talde, happened to be the owner this restaurant. We decided to check it out and see what their brunch offerings were, and they do have select bottomless drinks for an added price as well. For an appetizer, we started with the sausage egg and cheese scallion pancake, which had wonderful flavor throughout every bite, great texture on the pancake itself and the cheese was perfectly melted. The only complaint is that I wish there was more! Our main dishes consisted of smoked salmon fried rice and the BBQ stir fry noodles. Both dishes were beautifully presented, and the portions on both were more than sufficient. The noodles on the stir fry were my personal favorite, cooked perfectly and with great flavor from the sauce and char sui used in the dish, and the bok choy made for very refreshing bites. The rice also gave great flavor, with the salmon certainly shining throughout every bite. If you’re in the area and looking for a place to get a nice, elevated brunch (or dinner which I’m sure is great too) experience, Goosefeather is certainly a place to try

If there is only one thing you get here, get the dry-aged beef pot stickers. They will absolutely change your life. Perfect accompaniment to any of the delicious cocktails from the bar.

Interesting blend of old and new decor..lovely service...the shrimp appetizer still had the shell on...I know it's a thing in China but I should have been made aware.

Loved this spot. Trendy vibe, gorgeous plates (yes, very Instagrammable), and genuinely friendly staff (Joseph 👋). I had the snow pea salad + salmon tartare as my main and it totally hit the spot.

Overall, the food at the restaurant was very good, with a diverse and flavorful menu that catered to all tastes. The ambiance was eclectic and inviting, making it a great spot for any occasion. The service provided by our waitress was incredible, and the food was served in a timely manner. However, the experience was marred by an incident with another staff member who reprimanded us for being 15 minutes late and made us feel rushed and unwelcome. This put a bad taste in our mouths and affected our enjoyment of the meal. Unfortunately, the beef dish we ordered was overly salty, likely due to being rushed, and we ended up leaving most of it on the table. The tuna tartar was the best alongside the fingerling potatoes and stir fried rice. Despite this, we would still recommend the restaurant for its overall good food and service.

Walked in there at 5pm and the hostess was giving us grief about where we preferred to sit. The ladies can be a bit more friendly. Menu is a bit strange but still flavorful. Could use some more chicken dishes. Overall an overrated Asian fusion vibe and food.

Don’t listen to anyone giving this place less than 5 stars. The service was amazing, shoutout to Allen (sp). The atmosphere is fantastic and goose theme was fun and playful and extended to the bathrooms, one of Goose Gossage and the other Goose from Top Gun. The food is out of this world. Brussels sprouts were amazing, the crab rangoon was lighter than air, the fingerling potatoes are probably the best potato dish I have had in years. The peppered beef was always insanely good, but the deserts. You have to, I repeat, HAVE TO try the calamansi snow. Every bite was something new and flavor of that fruit is a perfect balance of lemon/lime with a kiss of grapefruit after taste. Honestly the best dining experience I have had since dining at Groucho in London. Can’t sing the praises of this place enough, all the staff was incredible. Parking is different as it’s on an old estate, but I would walk 5 miles to eat here again.

I stayed in a Kings Mansion suite so I ate at Goosefeather for 5 days in a row. I'm going to say that I do not think this restaurant really reflects Asian cuisine but it does delightfully include Cantonese and even Filipino elements. First off, I'm going to tell you my absolutely favorite dishes are the brussel sprouts(ordered twice), the king pao chicken wings(ordered twice) and the crown of duck(would order again). The duck is honestly the one thing that tasted like Peking duck, and the Hong Kong toast was a nice change from the usual pancakes that come with Peking duck. It was perfectly flavored and not overly fatty. The brussels had Chinese sausage and a sweet sauce. The chicken wings were very flavorful. I think what this restaurant does well is add a balance of different flavors to each dish. Sweet, salty, smokey, umami, etc. The snow pea salad wasn't my favorite but it was crisp and refreshing to eat. The shrimp and crab noodles were even better the next morning when I ate them cold out the mini fridge. The sausage egg and cheese(Filipino sausage)was good but I feel like the portion was too small, so I had the scallion biscuits with it. I recommend the biscuits. I did not care much for the fingerling potatoes when I had them with dinner (with the wings) but I think if I ate it with the sausage egg and cheese it would've gone well together, since the potatoes are crispy and kind of mapley sweet. The dragon apple rangoon reminded me of how good McDonald's apple pies tasted before McDonald's changed the recipe. Delicious and went well with the ice cream. The calamansi snow was very citrusy and refreshing but very cold to eat in January. It would be my summer recommendation. I drank a lot of green tea here. I really liked the Docs Cider. Honestly, I keep thinking about the duck. I am going to figure out how to make that Hong Kong toast if it is the last thing I do. Big respect to Isabella D for serving me most of the time I was there. Everyone there was so kind and she was most chill. It's a very nice place to sit around in and space out while eating delicious food.

Stopped here before a wedding.
Definitely an interesting place, expect American takes on familiar chinese dishes and flavors
The setting is an old colonial home which was definitely a fun vibe
If you are in the area worth checking out.
They also had a decent list of interesting and unique cocktails
The dry aged beef potstickers were insane - must try.
The other item that blew my mind was the side salad that came with the pork belly, the pork was very tasty but the side salad was top notch flavor combo

We had an exceptional experience at Goosefeather. From the moment we arrived, my wife and I were welcomed by a relaxed, inviting atmosphere. We took our time admiring the décor—the nostalgia and attention to detail truly set the tone.
While we were walking through the restaurant, a gentleman casually approached us and asked if we needed any help. He soon introduced himself as Dale, the proprietor. From that moment forward, the experience became even more memorable. Dale’s warmth, humility, and genuine hospitality reflect the pride he takes in his restaurant.
The food was outstanding—beautifully prepared, full of flavor, and clearly crafted with care. Equally impressive was the gracious, attentive staff who made us feel truly welcome.
Thank you, Dale, for an incredible meal, your kindness, and a first-class dining experience. We look forward to returning.

This place was awesome. With all the inventive flavors and shareable dishes, each plate was delicious and kept us excited for what came next. The crisp starter salad was refreshing, and the apple pie dumplings for dessert were a lovely finish.
The setting is gorgeous, a historic, artsy mansion with charm in every corner. Lastly, the service was top notch, our waiter was knowledgeable and impeccably timed with each course. this hidden gem with its creative food and beautiful location made it a truly memorable experience.
