After watching the latest Tournament of Champions: All-Star Christmas season, one of the chefs highlighted, Dale Talde, happened to be the owner this restaurant. We decided to check it out and see what their brunch offerings were, and they do have select bottomless drinks for an added price as well. For an appetizer, we started with the sausage egg and cheese scallion pancake, which had wonderful flavor throughout every bite, great texture on the pancake itself and the cheese...
If there is only one thing you get here, get the dry-aged beef pot stickers. They will absolutely change your life. Perfect accompaniment to any of the delicious cocktails from the bar.
Loved this spot. Trendy vibe, gorgeous plates (yes, very Instagrammable), and genuinely friendly staff (Joseph 👋). I had the snow pea salad + salmon tartare as my main and it totally hit the spot.
