Y'all do NOT make your food with love at all 😠let alone give me meal items that are supposed to come with a MEAL. I was missing 3 hash browns with my online order. Going here in person sucks too because the service is awful and the workers never want to work or help you. Asking them for anything is like pulling an arm. Idk why GrubHub ordered my food from this location but I hope it never happens again because this place doesn't know what the hell they're doing. Just get rid of this place all together and do Tarrytown and the rest of Westchester a favor. Place sucks.

This is completely wild. I’ve been coming to this McDonald’s for YEARS. Same order. Same time, around 10am. Never once did anyone say a word. No issue, no problem, no confusion. For FIVE YEARS, this was routine.
Now all of a sudden they refuse to serve me? Acting like they’ve never done it before? Like I’m asking for something outrageous? This is straight up nonsense. There is no excuse for it. None.
Whoever is running this location clearly has no clue what they’re doing. The staff doesn’t care. The consistency is gone. The customer service is nonexistent. The attitude is unbelievable.
It’s actually insane to treat a loyal customer this way. I’m done. Permanently. Don’t waste your time or money here. If they’re capable of flipping the script on a regular like this, they’ll do it to anyone. Absolutely wild

Decent McDonalds location. I normally don't go to McDonalds too often - in fact, I punish my digestive system with their "food" maybe once a year at most. Their breakfast though is usually pretty decent (depending). I was in the mood for it since it was a long time since I had their breakfast last and ended up here. It's a more modernized and clean location (inside and out). It's There is a drive-thru, but I chose to go inside even to just get it to go. All the ordering kiosks seemed to be malfunctioning on that day - I tried two out of the four of them and they weren't working. I went to the register and ordered from there and the wait time wasn't bad at all. The cashier was friendly. The breakfast was actually good - better than a lot of other locations I've been to. Unsure about the main menu for the rest of the day, but the breakfast items I ordered were good. Certainly better than other locations I've been to in the past. Located in the Tarrytown Station Center 'outlet' mall. They share the land with other businesses, but the lot is a pretty good size. There's a few McDonalds reserved parking spots close by for pickups and drive thru. If I had to go to McDonalds for any reason, this is a location I'd consider now just due to the friendly employee and the slightly better tasting options.
