Every time I go here I’m amazed how horrible it is. The foods what you expect because it’s McDonald’s. But the staff has to be downright illiterate and incapable of understanding a single order. Today I ordered one quarter pounder with cheese and bacon no ketchup, one double quarter pounder and they gave me two quarter pounders no bacon. I asked for a double and they gave me it but now it has no bottom bun. Jesus Christ I probably get a botched order 99% of the time and no one can even remotely understand what’s going on here. Hire someone with an IQ above 10 for the love of god.

I cannot believe a McDonald’s doesn’t know how to make a double Big Mac, but the workers here dont, instead of putting the 2 double patties between the first layer and 2nd, they put all 4 patties together. This location can’t do anything right. Was a take out order otherwise I would have offered to go behind the counter and them how to make a Double Big Mac. Pathetic. No wonder the place is loaded with homeless and no customers.

The worst experience of my life shopping at this McDonald's. Twice I ordered delivery and it arrived cold and the order was incomplete WITHOUT HAMBURGER. I complained and they refunded me only 7 dollars of everything that was in the order.

Horrible experience, there was a tall, fat man with a beard who apparently is a manager, yelling at a girl in the kitchen, insulting her, if he is a manager they should fire him because he is no good as a manager. I'm going to eat a hamburger but not watch discussions with employees and. Managers, I think you should train your managers better and have more professionalism, and to top it off I ordered a double quarter pounder with cheese and they gave me a bun with only meat, it didn't come with cheese, no lettuce, no pickles or anything..... .but it's horrible that as a customer I have to see employee fights when I'm just trying to eat a hamburger.

Yeah its a no for me, the service was not good. The cashier that took our order did not get it right whatsoever. She missed a whole fillet o fish combo meal, fries and mac sauce on certain requested items. We had to go back a reorder. Food is eh, your typical mcdonalds. They kept harassing us telling us to leave because it was take out only.. never had that experince before in a mcdonalds. Pretty bad overall.
