We had a wonderful experience having our post-wedding brunch at Mint Premium Foods! We worked closely with Alberta, who created a beautiful, personalized menu with our food and drink selections. The owners stayed on site during the event and were very detailed oriented. Ben and the waiters were attentive and responsive to our requests and even helped move tables so friends could sit together. Alberta played soft background music from the bride's culture to add to the atmosphere. The overall vibe of mint is unique and you feel like you're at a shop/restaurant in the Mediterranean with it displays of gourmet cheeses, olives and bottles of wine. The food at Mint is absolutely delicious, plentiful, perfectly cooked and attractively presented! For our customized brunch, we had four courses: For appetizers, we had family style cheese & charcuterie boards and calamari, followed by individual choice of specialty salad, individual main course and family style desserts (Baklava, Pannacotta, Bread Pudding, Creme Brulee). Everyone raved about the food, from the outstanding cheeses to the Wagyu meat burgers, sandwiches, salads, Moroccan chicken, risotto, etc. We highly recommend Mint for a meal or a place to host a special event!

Steps from the Music Hall and a really funky place - we sat up front in the window where there are just a handful of tables, but there are more tables in the rear. Interesting shopping too but we just had dinner - excellent salad, salmon, and bread pudding. Weren't sure about which wine to order so we got samples, which were quite generous. Attentive service. Will come back!

This restaurant thinks they can charge NYC prices in Tarrytown. The duck confit was meh. No flavor. A wet leaf on the plate next to the sandwich said a lot. The portion of crème brûlée so small. Like child’s portion for $14. Their burgers are not artisan - they are Wagyu. Wagyu is Wagyu which is delicious no matter how you dress it. The service was terrible. The waiters don’t look at you or speak to you. They are not allowed to. That sounds like a very controlling owner/boss. The bathroom was weird. Why is there a child’s desk and a privacy screen in the bathroom - which were unisex. The place is extremely dusty and clutter is everywhere. Not my idea of a “mint” restaurant at all.

Amazing food, it was very delicious, I ordered the chefs burger and my girlfriend ordered the Cuban Panini, both very good and was very happy with the overall experience. I also recommend the octopus tentacle which unfortunately sold out when I got here. But aside from that I will be coming back here again

After going to Mint several times and genuinely enjoying it we had a less than good experience. Began with repeated questions about reservation through OpenTable but we were seated in a cold and noisy window seat. Wait staff (who had waited on us previously) took 30 minutes to take our orders, came back when they forgot the order, and then took an hour to serve meals. Food was cold and had to be re-heated. Was provided a discount due to experience but unlikely to return.

My husband and I had brunch at Mint on Easter. The service was fine and very friendly. The ambience is cozy. The problem was the food. We each had the crab cake Benedict. The crab cakes had a mooshy soft texture and no crab (or any) flavor... you'd never know there was any crab in them at all. The home fries were not at all crispy, just wet lumps of potatoes. Maybe there was a different chef filling in? We got two desserts to go... the baklava was great but the chocolate pecan thing was dense and dry. Our bill for the whole meal (no drinks other than coffee) was $100. Not worth it.

Mint Fine Foods. I liked the set up of the restaurant. It's long and a little tight , gets pretty busy. I was very excited to try it following a show at the theatre. Based on the prices...I figured it would be very good. Burratta and Stuffed Date Salad to start. The burratta wasn't as creamy as it should be. The dates were wrapped in prosciutto and Stuffed with goat cheese (I think) so those were very good , but the greens it was served with were very under dressed in my opinion. Entrees were 2 burgers and the Hawiian chicken sandwich. Burgers looked okay. One of which was ordered medium rare and it was pretty rare but very charred. The chicken idea was great but I felt like it needed more or something. It was listed as a brioche bun but it was a seeded burger bun. Fries on the side were okay, nothing to rave about. Frozen lightly seasoned fries at best. As far as beverage , they were sold out of the Mint Sangria and for a place that only serves wine and beer , no specialty drink should be out of stock, no matter how busy you get. I did enjoy my beer, but it was 10$ and other beers were 12,13, 14$ each which is a bit steep. Service was good. I didn't catch his name but he was very polite. Place is worth a shot but I'm not sure if they can justify the prices due to the fact that it's not very "fine".
The food was totally unique and wonderful and the staff couldn’t have better. Absolutely phenomenal place.

The Moroccan mint tea was OUTSTANDING!! The food was delicious-had the mushroom omelette, which seemed to be popular. The waiter was attentive. Space is a little cramped but cozy if you don't mind hearing your neighbors conversation.

Had lunch here on a Wednesday with my aunts. Seafood dishes were delicious. The hot chocolate was ok, a little too sweet for us, but not as rich as we expected. The staff was nice and attentive without being over-bearing. Fine atmosphere for conversation. Would highly recommend for well-prepared foods, excellent service, and relaxing atmosphere.
