St. Louis Ribs
We season our ribs with our homemade rub and then smoke them, in cherry wood, for up to 6 hours. Pick a 1/4 rack, 1/2 rack, or a full rack.
Prime Beef Brisket (1/2 lb)
Hickory wood smoked USDA prime beef brisket. Smoked low and slow for up to 14 hours a day. Choose a cut that's fatty, lean, or in-between.
Burnt Ends (1/2 lb)
This is what pros eat when they want the real deal. Savory pieces from the point of the brisket, this is where all the best flavor lives.
Smoked Chicken Wings

Carolina Pulled Pork
Our pork shoulders are delicately seasoned, dry-rubbed, and smoked fresh daily for up to 14 hours and then we pull it for that incredible, smoky, and BBQ taste.

Smoked Free Range Chicken
Pick classic smoked or smoked Jerk. Our free-range birds are seasoned up and then smoked fresh daily with applewood. Your job is to choose classic smoked or for a bit more heat, smoked jerk.

Our andouille sausage is big and smoked fresh daily for up to 4 hours. Per link.

Prime Beef Brisket Box (1/2 lb)

Worth every penny. Absolute best bbq I’ve ever had. Juicy, tender; the meat practically fell off the bone as I was eating it (and I eat quickly!). Staff was great, and the inside vibes and music was delightful! If you’re Tarry Town, give them a visit- you won’t be disappointed. Oh! And the homemade sangria was incredible!

As someone who’s always up for a new barbecue experience, I had to drop in here on my way home from work. Nice little place! I ordered the brisket, coleslaw, and artichokes with bacon.

My only real criticism is the pricing. I don’t mind paying premium prices for good barbecue, but I usually expect the portions to match. While I definitely enjoyed the flavor of my meal—the brisket was tender and juicy, and the sides were flavorful—the serving sizes felt...
