St. Louis Ribs
We season our ribs with our homemade rub and then smoke them, in cherry wood, for up to 6 hours. Pick a 1/4 rack, 1/2 rack, or a full rack.
Prime Beef Brisket (1/2 lb)
Hickory wood smoked USDA prime beef brisket. Smoked low and slow for up to 14 hours a day. Choose a cut that's fatty, lean, or in-between.
Burnt Ends (1/2 lb)
This is what pros eat when they want the real deal. Savory pieces from the point of the brisket, this is where all the best flavor lives.

Carolina Pulled Pork
Our pork shoulders are delicately seasoned, dry-rubbed, and smoked fresh daily for up to 14 hours and then we pull it for that incredible, smoky, and BBQ taste.

Smoked Free Range Chicken
Pick classic smoked or smoked Jerk. Our free-range birds are seasoned up and then smoked fresh daily with applewood. Your job is to choose classic smoked or for a bit more heat, smoked jerk.

1/2 pound of gently pulled goodness and 2 small sides.

Cute, little place with very authentic barbecue. The ribs were excellent, and the pulled pork was top-notch, also. We were very impressed with the sides too, authentic old-style mac & cheese, and phenomenal and totally delicious sweet potato wedges. The staff was friendly and helpful, too. We will be back.

Excellent bbq. Ribs and sausage were especially tasty. I wish you could do 1/4 pound of meats so you could try more items, but the leftovers make for a nice lunch the next day. 😁
