Ruth's Chris Steak House

The bone-in filet is a holiday tradition for us, and it was phenomenal again. Service was top-notch. Couldn't ask for better!

The value was good since it was during restaurant week. We got seated quickly so that was nice but the time it took for someone to come to us, to ask what we wanted to drink, to get the drink etc etc was abnormally long for it not being that busy. The appetizer (ahi tuna) was very good! I highly recommend that! My biggest disappointment, ironically being a steakhouse, was the steak! Two orders were medium rare and it came out more rare but it was fine for us... my boyfriend ordered his medium well (shocking since he normally orders it well) got it so rare it was practically black and blue. He was embarrassed to say anything (he totally should've ) but for a steakhouse I was shocked how drastically off the steak temp was done. As far an ambience goes it was clean and very old school elegant as opposed to Morton's that's classy but way more modern.

Sadly filet mignons were not the top quality we have received in the past. Everything else was great!

Ruth's Chris is usually a very safe place to go expecting a uniformly excellent meal. Overall, the quality of the food and service is still quite good. However, they have had a constant challenge of late meeting one's expectations for whether a filet mignon has been cooked to the correct degree. Steaks ordered medium came out overdone, and steaks requested to be medium plus came out very close to being medium rare. This is not hard stuff, someone at the kitchen needs to have a simple temperature probe and you can tell within a matter of seconds if the meat is at the correct level of being done. This is a problem either in the ordering system where errors are made or in the kitchen where care is not taken, but it is happening too often. During this visit three of the seven steaks were significantly off from what was requested, and for this level of establishment that is not okay. Again, the quality of the meat is superb, the challenge is making sure what you order is what you received, and if not, send it back. At some point management will pay more attention if that occurs often enough.

Great portions for restaurant week. Steak prepared perfectly. Added touch for a special birthday. Awesome experience.

We went for HVRW 2025 and it was very nice. Food was good and ambiance was just right! Had a good night out!

fantastic dinner last night! The spicy shrimp was absolutely delicious, with perfectly cooked shrimp and a flavorful sauce. Our server, was attentive and friendly, making our experience even better. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, perfect for a relaxing evening. I highly recommend this restaurant!"

Delicious food with the lamb chops and cremini mushrooms. The bartender knew the perfect Chardonnay to pair with it so well and I had a great time enjoying every bit of my meal. Ended up on the clean plate club. Gave 30% gratuity for the great meal!
