This place is simply the best!!! I have never experienced such thoughtful, kind, and conscientious staff. The owner is so sweet and accommodating, and the ropa could not be more delicious. Its only competition is the camarones ajillos. I love this place and will be coming back time and again!!!

We were excited to find a Cuban restaurant on our day trip to Tarrytown. The food was delicious, the portions were large and service was friendly. We ate at a table outside and enjoyed the quaint downtown. Great stop for a meal.

The food was delicious and cocktails were good. Our waitress left a lot to be desired. She was not friendly, barely visited our table, rushed us out, and looked at us and didn't even say goodbye or thanks for coming.

We went there to have dinner, a drink and watch a baseball game and it was great! Food is delicious, drinks are amazing too (the Hudson cider is really a must), definitely recommend going there! The payment situation was a bit weird at the end, but maybe that's because we're not from around here and that's just different to what we're used too.

What brought me to The Cube Inn: Social Media
Great job - not reflective of my experience.
Perhaps the fact that they named it CUBE INN and not CUBAN makes sense now. Calling it a Cuban restaurant is a mistake.
Nothing about this felt like a Cuban spot worth making the trip for (we drove from NYC).
Why:
This was a Saturday night at 8pm and the vibe (country and rock playing) with decor that’s very confusing, the service (lax/ unwelcoming/ slow to the punch).
The food: served at room temperature, rice tastes like minute rice and the ropa vieja is just not right (very tough to chew and just not enjoyable), you failed the smell test. And by that I mean the taste test.
The seating for 2 was limited and the chairs were very uncomfortable. The bartenders took 8 min (I timed it) to even look at us and the drinks we meh…
How can you improve: I really want all businesses, especially in a small town like this to succeed.
1) SERVICE SERVICE SERVICE
2) Atmosphere was confusing - felt more like an INN for real. Step it up with the vibe.
3) Food and Drinks- charging pretty steep prices for a ropa vieja and skimpy/sad “tapas.”
The flavor (sabor) of the ropa vieja was a 6/10 yet the texture (toughness) made it overall was a 2.
The experience, service, vibe, food, overall gives this spot hard 3/10.
Maybe you bank on brunch bc dinner was nothing to be desired. will give this spot another shot in 1 month for brunch and see how it goes.
The CUBE INN (cute play on words) didn’t do the Cuban culture or food justice in anyway. But all in all we made the best of it. Oh well. $120 bucks down the chute.

We stopped by very hungry and we were dissapointed... Because we did not find it sooner.
The food was exceptional; the flavors were so delightful that we ended up ordering a second round just to enjoy it all over again.
The waitress provided prompt service, always wearing a cheerful smile that made us feel welcome, and she was incredibly attentive and helpful throughout our meal.

I recently dined at The Cube Inn in Sleepy Hollow, and I have to say, the experience was fantastic! One standout dish was the ham croquetas - absolutely amazing! They were perfectly crispy on the outside and creamy on the inside, bursting with flavor. The flan was great!
The cozy atmosphere and friendly service made the meal even more enjoyable.

Understandably a busy night however I encountered the owner when I was waiting for a table and on a list, and two other people walked in who were not on the list and sat down at an available table. Nobody was manning the front of the restaurant. When I called her over to mention this to her, she became belligerent and condescending. I have never encountered such rude behavior from an owner of a restaurant. Needless to say we left and will not be back.
My favorite place to eat in town. Cuban cuisine, and fast service.

Made a special trip with my Mrs. on a Sunday. Seating was miserable. I was offered a table at the back of a 3 ft wide hallway near the rest rooms while 4 table seats laid empty. I asked if we could sit but that was declined. They would much rather let us walk out then to accommodate us. Found a place that did accommodate us and other couples.
UPDATE! The reply says it all, profit over reputation.
