After a Comedy Show at Tarrytown Music Hall, my Husband and I decided to find a quick bite to eat. The Taco Project caught our eye as it's October and the restaurant was decorated tastefully for Fall. Once inside, the whole set up was very cool. Ordering was simple. Tons of options. The sweet plantains and chicken bowl were amazingly delicious. Good chicken tender and juicy rich flavor. The bowl was warm and flaky adding to the great taste. The plantains were a grade A example of what you want all plantains to taste like, sweet but not artificialy so while being soft and tender without being mushy.
