they hire openly homophobic people then lie to defend them. it's disgusting. he wasn't hacked he's garbage and we see thru you. you made a mistake backing a bigot. do not support this place.

I do not want to blame the employer for their employees actions however, Martin's Pretzels response to being informed their operations manager was making terroristic threats to a local drag show (when provided evidence) was that his account was "hacked" which is just silly. there were 2 of his accounts actively spreading hate and eluding threats.

I would urge you if you are considering this business to seek out a more responsible company that has some moral grounds.

My pretzel variety pack was very tasty. It came on time but several bags were damaged and open. When I reported this I was given a partial refund the next business day—no questions! Excellent product and customer service! I highly recommend this Bakery!
