Tony is the best thing about this place. Great customer service every time. He makes sure you’re taken care of and is super friendly. His customer service and the food are the reasons I keep coming back.

Would give 0 stars if possible. No cleanliness. Everything seems to be cross contaminated. Food portions are way off than the average which is honestly not the biggest problem- what actually is frustrating is the horrible customer service, and the quality of the food served, even the lettuce is brown and slimey. I waited to write this review after visiting atleast 5-7x. Absolutely gross. Def do not recommend.

I ordered a regular, adult-sized burrito and this is what I got. My girlfriend and I were both given incredibly small portions and the employee who served us acted as though we were inconveniencing her by being there. I am a frequent customer of Salsa Fresca across their multiple Westchester locations, but I have to say I have been consistently disappointed by the location in Thornwood. Go to any other Salsa Fresca over this one

I couldn't think of a worse meal I could have spent 14$ on. Portions were beyond small. Worker filled my bowl like she was taking home whatever was leftover at the end of the day. I've been here a few times and was impressed with the portions and thought I could grab a quick bite and have some left over for later, boy was I mistaken. Disappointed is not the word. I likely will never come back.

The food is good but the workers are rude and rush you even when there is no line behind. They forget parts of my order and weren’t nice about it when I corrected them.

Always good, always fresh & also budget friendly!

Keeping in mind that this is fast food, the cafeteria style setup makes ordering and customization easy. The food quality is higher on the fast food scale imo and portions are good and consistent and prices are on par with other fast food locales. Service is always fast and friendly. Dining room is ok. It's simple and tidy and people eat there frequently but I usually take away.

Great Aztec garden bowl

When I first started going here I noticed that there were reasonable portions given and the food tasted good. But now the food is below the old standards and no longer tastes fresh. In addition the portions are no longer reasonable and when I order chicken it barely filled up a fourth of the bowl on top of the rice. Noticing this, I asked for a little more chicken but was charged for double chicken for what used to be the old portions. Dissapointing.

AVOID!!! FOOD POISONING!!! GO TO CHIPOTLE INSTEAD!!!

Absolutely horrible experience! Salsa Fresca has degraded so badly on quality, customer service and performance over the years and the portions have been absolutely so little! I got food poising due to a rude female employee at this location, she was short, heavier hispanic fair skinned. I requested to heat something up and she didn’t, the food was cold and stale, tasted almost rotten! I paid nearly 20$ for the equivalent of something I’d pay 8$ for in chipotle. These prices are robbery, go to chipotle instead. Chipotle has fresher taste and quality, salsa Fresca is digusting! 0/10 if I could and warning everyone to avoid! Spread the word!!

I ordered a burrito for pick up and it was very small. It fit in the palm of my toddler size hand. For $13 dollars I could have gone to Chipotle, CAVA or even Pancheros and gotten a decent size burrito fit for an adult. Food was good but not worth the price. Sorry, first and last time here.
