Silvio's Restaurant & Pizzeria

They don’t have good customer service they screw up on your meal and they can offer you nothing just and I’m sorry or an hour to remake your food when they screwed it up not cool. Customer service should be number one, but it is not for them.

Silvio’s did a wonderful job feeding my wife’s family for her 80th birthday. Thank you for everything. All her cousins, sisters, brother, son, granddaughter and spouses had plenty to say about the food - All pleased. The servers were great. Everyone was so responsive to our needs. The cake from Artuso was great and we had plenty for the next day. I’ve been sweating this birthday for the last year snd you did not let me down!

First off to start off, i've been here a few times before and only just now writing a review of this place. Been here before while attending the thornwood car show, which is located in this shopping center, which also probably drives customers here. They have tables in the back of the place where one can eat pizza, and they also have booths where if you wanted to one can get served by a waiter or waitress. Mostly, my parents and I ordered takeout, and we just ate it in the back room where tables are. They have pizzas, wraps, entrees, and more.
Went here on Saturday August 24th 2024, to get some pizza with my parents because we were hungry. We went in, actually sort of waited a while, but we had to decide what we wanted anyways. on display, they had all sorts of pizza from chicken fajita to buffalo, to chicken bacon ranch, to spinach, to salad, sausage and peppers, meatballs, and some rolls like spinach. Luckily they have a lot of options. I decided to go for the chicken fajita slice, my mom got a spinach slice, and my dad got a spinach roll and a brocoli slice. Person was pleasant who took our order, and gave us a buzzer that let us know when the food was ready. We also got 2 sodas, a fanta and a root beer. The price was about $30.00. We sat and ate it in the back room. Pizza came out hot, and was very tasty! i enjoyed the chicken fajita slice! Restroom was also very clean. Would come back here again!

Ordered take out pizza and the guy had dirty gloves on touched my pizza handled the money and than went to help another with the same dirty disgusting germ filled gloves. Will never go back. They need to take a sanitation and safety course that is required but they are to cheap to chance cloves.

We ordered a vegetarian pizza, salad, french fries... Food was served hot and everything was tasty.

Vegetarian options: We asked for vegetarian options and they suggested.

Great food, Great atmosphere and an even better waitress name Rose!
I went there with my parents today for dinner along with our two-year-old, I was having trouble with my phone to entertain my son (ms Rachel) and our waitress Rose offered us her cell phone to use to keep our son occupied. She was so nice to us and She even followed us outside when we were in our car to hand us a toy that My son dropped under the table.

Can’t find words to describe how much I love this place! I’ve been coming here 2 years ago when I got transferred to the local acme and I’ve eaten here most of my week in my lunch break and everyone here is so kind, friendly, hard working, loving, funny and fast! I only get 30 minutes for lunch but they are all so fast and accommodate me when I come by! They even remember my order when I find a favorite item to eat! I can’t recommend this place enough I love everyone so much thank you Silvio’s for always making my lunch break so much fun and delicious too! Cheers to many more lunch break visits!

I had not been into Silvio's for quite some time. Stopped in today to grab one of their "Chicken Mini" sandwiches. Absolutely great sandwich. "Chicken cutlet, lettuce, tomato, and seasoning on a home made bun." The bun is what makes this sandwich a standout! Crispy exterior with soft, chewy interior. They nail the pricing, quality, and consistency with this sandwich.

Busy night during the car show so service was pretty slow. Chicken roll I ordered was as basic as could be, tasted like it was frozen and reheated. Their sauce is very bitter and not tasty at all

I ordered a chicken wedge to go. I didn't like the quality of the chicken, the bread, or the toppings. The price charged was way too much for the quality offered. I hope this was a one-off. I'll finish on an up note, the staff was great, and friendly.

This is an old-school mom and pop pizzeria and restaurant featuring classic Italian dishes and a wide variety of pizzas in a no-frills establishment.We split the Capricciosa Pizza, which was plenty of food for three of us. Others at our table tried the Meatball Sub, the Vito Salad, and one of the lunch specials. Everything was served in a generous portion, with plenty to share or to take hame and save for later.

I love going to this pizza ? place. Their selection is great, food has great taste the pizza is crispy & not overloaded with sauce. The staff is friendly and would also give recommendations if you cannot decide what to eat. I love their spinach slice, primavera slice, lasagna slice etc. I totally recommend. If your near the area try one of their signature slices and trust me you will visit them again!! Enjoy ?
