The worker was nice but I didn’t get what I paid for. I got a cold cut combo and despite the menu listing it with 3 different cold cuts, she only put salami on it. I asked why only the salami and she tried to tell me that that’s what it was even though it was written on the menu. The cold cut combo is a combination of cold cuts, otherwise it would just be a salami sandwich. I didn’t want to argue so I just paid but feel ripped off being that I only got 1/3 of my sandwich. Again, a nice worker but she doesn’t seem to understand the menu items she’s making for customers.

Recently bought a sub with an online coupon because the prices are unreasonable. Bought the cheese steak. Came untoasted, with barely anything in the sandwich. I dont know if the lady was upset that I used a coupon, what I do know is the sandwich was very lacking in ingredients and because it wasn't toasted it was just disgusting to eat. They either did this on purpose, or the person was untrained. Will never go back.

Very Disappointed! Subway had a deal, buy 1 Subway and get another one free. This location did not honor this offer and seemed confused that it even existed. Asked for a refund since I never even received the 1st sandwich as it wasn’t ready after I ordered it on the app. And I never received my refund even after I contacted Corporate. I had to contest the refund through my Credit Card Company. Still haven’t heard from the Subway Company! I do Not recommend going to this Subway Restaurant.

We ordered two sandwiches online and three sandwiches in the store.I told the worker there when she was ringing us up,that those were my sandwiches behind her three times .I turned away for a second and grabbed the big bag .And of course she didn't put the other two sandwiches in the bag.We live forty minutes away and just kept saying the sandwiches were there,and they won't deliver them.I contacted Subway and all they said that they were sorry.
