The coffee was excellent. I happened to be a gluten free customer, so I was not able to taste any of the food. But I heard wonderful reviews about the food. I find when driving by the place that it looks like it might be closed. It's kind of dark and drab looking from the exterior. I suggest to the owner that he puts a neon sign with some movement and color on the left side of the storefront, where it is dark and drab. This would catch people's eyes when driving by.

Love this place but multiple times i have come here they never have the best muffins; Cappuccino chip and French Toast. Apparently they make it everyday but I’ve come here before at 9am and there is none.

Had one of my worse days yesterday ordering food for my office online, one of the items listed was not available to order, when calling I could not understand the person, after picking up my food there were several items listed, had to go back several times to retrieve my missing food orders, I recommend not ordering online, or over the phone, food is overpriced and not so tasty, coffee is great.

This is the best coffee shop--great food (way more than just pastries), great vibe, just lovely. Owner James is very totally hands on and truly cares about giving the best. The employees are lovely and all about making the customers happy. Shout out to Patty, Javier, Ximena and Monica especially. Run, don't walk, to this place!

I brought it to the counter, and the staff member apologized. I decided to order a coffee, thinking they might offer it as a courtesy, but I was charged seven dollars for it.I expected better customer service, especially after spending $17 on the watery bowl. It’s essential to ensure your team is trained to provide a more professional response in such situations. Unfortunately, this experience has led me to give this rating. I hope improvements can be made
