We were led to the right place. Why? We had to find freshly made Cannelloni. I took a ride to this pasta house and they had three packages waiting for me and I was told had to cook them. Our dinner party went perfect and these meat and cheese Cannellonis were spectacular. When you walk in the store you smell the aroma of all the Italian foods that are baked or prepared and I must admit it was wonderful. They've got it all and they deal with a smile. It's a convenient place to visit. They have all things Italian, including desserts. It may be tough to find something as good as this.

The ravioli is out of this world, we especially love the 'fresh, not frozen ones. Can call ahead to find out when they're made and they will put aside, but only for a day. Otherwise must be frozen! Bread is is delisious and crusty, very few places you can get bread with meat inside. (Lard bread)

A long-time family (Italian) operated delicatessen, which also supplies to restaurants. Excellent selection (but small) of sauces, pastas, meats, etc.
Have shopped at Trotta's for years.

I go to Trotta's to get vegan fresh pasta. They make vegan ravioli which are delicious. I was in the store recently and the staff made a special effort to save pasta that was destined for ravioli and instead cut it into tagliatelle and pappardelle for me!
I was delighted and the lemon pasta dish I made with the fresh egg-free pasta was great! Thank you!

I’ve been stopping at Trotta’s while on my way home from work for many years. It’s Instant Dinner! You can pick up a complete meal to bring home and prepare in no time. Tonight’s dinner was fresh homemade cheese ravioli, homemade Marinara sauce and a loaf of Italian bread. So many options!

Best Ravioli ever! Especially when just made vs frozen. Creamy insides drive my kids crazy, so we have to get them midweek for dinner.

Little Italy in Thornwood! The first thing that hits you when you walk in the door is the smell of delicious Italian food. The owner is delightful, and his staff is super friendly. I highly recommend this store.
