Joe and Cindy are fantastic individuals and this business is a fine example of what Ticonderoga has to offer. The catering side of this business is fantastic...great food, prompt service, and a large number of side dishes at great prices. The Candy Corner, the side business at this location, has all the old nostalgic candy we all remember and is also a popular business with locals and visitors.
The chicken fell off the bone and was juicy and mild. I don’t like over seasoned meats so I felt it was perfect. The sauces were a wonderful addition allowing you to put as much or as little as you like. Salad was fresh and crispy and the coleslaw was tangy and sweet. Would eat here again!
We wanted to love our lunch, went out of our way to eat here as we were craving BBQ.Found the service less than cheerful, brisket and pulled pork were good enough, just not something we'd seek out again. Well cooked, just under seasoned. Beans were very good.This review would have been a 4 except the bathroom needs better maintenance. It wasn't good, and I'm being polite. All restaurants should realize that if customers see that, they wonder what they can't...
