What an amazing dining experience from start to finish. The atmosphere was warm, inviting, and full of character, the kind of place that feels both elevated and comfortable.
We started with the appetizer (pictured first), perfectly cooked shrimp tossed in a flavorful sauce and topped with just the right amount of crumbled cheese. It was light, rich, and packed with flavor, a great way to kick things off.

I was traveling thru Ticonderoga with my family last weekend and stopped in to the Paper and Pencil for dinner. We were warmly greeted by Thomas the manager, then immediately shown to our table in the tavern - we then both had a fantastic meal!!
My dear wife and I so enjoyed our dinner of short ribs and mash potatoes- so delicious. Highly recommend this menu selection. Also had some well made drinks.

Just found this local gem… cannot say enough good about the owners welcoming attitude and the new appealing atmosphere! Highly recommend the delicious crab cake appetizer, any of the salads as long as it includes that blue cheese dressing, and the scrumptious and tender short ribs over decadent mac & cheese! Will definitely be back with family and friends!
