Order a take.out fish fry and its by far and away the best we've had in Amherst/Tonawanda. What a great meal fries, potato salad, cole slaw but the best part was the perfect piece of haddock. Crispy, flaky and moist. My reaction is WOW!!!

Ordered chicken fingers with fries and a chicken quesadilla. Fries were in a puddle of grease and they do not serve plain blue cheese. Apparently they make their own and they add spices and garlic! This is Buffalo we eat our wings and fingers with regular blue cheese! I tasted it, and it was pretty gross, not kid friendly at all! The chicken quesadilla was decent but a little dry. Lesson learned.

I LOVE Caputi's! Not only is the food amazing, but the service and drinks are great too! They have really good options for beer, with really great prices. I highly recommend their wings and pizza!

I have written many many reviews over the years and can count on one hand the number of negative reviews I left. It is not my typical way. However, Caputi's pub is a special bar/restaurant that is owed special treatment. During the insane period of time that was known as the Covid disaster, this establishment demanded (without any legal authority) to know what peoples' private medical information was. If you did not disclose your private legally-protected medical information to the person at the door during that time, thereby forfeiting your right to medical privacy and bodily autonomy then you were not permitted into their restaurant/bar. I have stayed true to my response, which was "no I will not divulge that information to you and I will never step foot in your establishment again". "all tyrannies, a tyranny sincerely exercised for the good of its victims may be the most oppressive."
I go there almost every Tuesdays and there wings honey garlic are amazing. Your eyes will roll in the back of your head. Great price and great

My favorite bar/restaurant in all of Buffalo, for a well-rounded night! I'm surprised it's not a common recommendation on wing lists as their wings, especially the weck wings, are 10/10. I'd recommend going Wednesday-Saturday so you can also get the Candyman pizzas (any of them, candyman style!), and sitting on the Candyman side for craft cocktails or Caputis side for a great beer menu. The section between Caputi's and Candyman has a pool table, dart boards, and a couple pinball machines so it really is the perfect spot for friends, dates, or even just to go by yourself and mingle with the staff and regulars.

Different place than l expected. Not in a bad way just different. No table service, you order at the bar and food brought to your table. Drinks you order at bar and take to the table yourself. Fun loving place, a little loud but lots of laughter. Great place overall!
