the girls in there are so miserable & rude. i forgot my wallet so i went home to grab it (i live 3 minutes away) & came back to pay & she didn’t speak to me & proceeded to slam the ice cream on the counters. they are nasty to everyone. if ur miserable with ur job quit don’t keep working there.

A delicious dairy Queen expierence to enjoy year round. They were very efficient and accurate with the orders. The taste was spot on for the blizzards, a smoothie and a ice cream cup cake. Great place to enjoy authentic DQ icecream.

Tonight I got 2 blizzards the girl was rude and miserable and then when I got my blizzards I said you didn’t flip em and she responded “We don’t do that here” in the most rude way ever. Like I get it you hate your job go get a new one

My husband and I love their soft serve ice cream. It is delicious and we visit a couple of times a week usually. It is a treat!
Parking: The DQ we got to is in a Plaza on Niagara Street in the City of Tonawanda. There are other places in the strip plaza using the same parking area. It is busy but we always find an open spot.
