I had an extremely disappointing experience at this Dairy Queen location. I ordered ice cream through their app, and it showed that my order was received, but the store insisted they never got it. The staff were extremely rude and had no idea how to resolve the issue, and they didn’t even know the customer service phone number. I had to look it up myself and call them, and the customer service confirmed that they had received the order and told me to go back to the store. It felt like the staff and the customer service were just passing the buck. The employees were not only unhelpful but also quite rude and unprofessional, and eventually, they just ignored me and went about their business. I am never going back to this location again.

Employee had a nasty attitude. They're out of state cknof what I ordered, so I Have to call to get a refund. It's actually her responsibility to make the order right. Find better employees.... She even had an attitude with kids

Roxanne needs to be fired immediately. We ordered online via the DQ website and I get there a few minutes early and I tell the cashier that I’ll wait for it if it’s not ready. She immediately gave me a rude look and said “I don’t have it!” Then she spoke to me like I was a child and tried to convince me we ordered at the falls location so I show her the screenshot of the order. She looks at it and refuses to make it even tho it shows we paid. She also yelled at my sister who was on speakerphone and placed the order. She had the order in front of her but still refused to make it !!!! What establishment does that?! She was the rudest and most ignorant person I’ve ever come across in my life. I ended up walking out without my food that was paid for because she refused to make it. Then I asked her name and she almost walked away without telling me. This should all be on DQs cameras and there were 2 other workers who watched in disbelief as they witnessed this craziness.

Stay away from this location. The staff, a younger lady, was extremely rude when she forgot about my order. Unfortunately they didn’t seem to care.
Young ladies working had horrible attitudes. Seemed if they absolutely hated having to help customers. Ice cream was good at least.

I ordered through the app, and when I went to pick it up, they told me they didn’t have hot dogs at all! You might think, “OK, that happens.” But then they said I had to request a refund myself through their customer service. When I asked them to request the refund on my behalf, they said they couldn’t!
Again, you might think that’s not too bad, but the only way to request a refund is by submitting a written request. When I did that, a few days later, they responded that the restaurant should issue the refund, not them! Then I called customer service and requested a refund again. A few days later—nothing. When I called back, they told me the restaurant had not responded to their request. Again nothing happened yet. And these many calls just for a small amount!
This was the worst experience I’ve ever had.

Went in for a birthday cake for my husband. The staff member was friendly and personalized the cake for me in no time at all. Store was clean and parking was ample.

the girls in there are so miserable & rude. i forgot my wallet so i went home to grab it (i live 3 minutes away) & came back to pay & she didn’t speak to me & proceeded to slam the ice cream on the counters. they are nasty to everyone. if ur miserable with ur job quit don’t keep working there.
