Food was good. Fast. Only complaint was I had my family member pick up the food and they only him to get one blue cheese even though I ordered 2. This isn’t the first time this has happened. The last couple of times they did not even tell him to get the blue cheese that was ordered. There needs to be a better process for the cooler items during pick up. Maybe a sticker on the box telling what to get and how many?

My wife and I was up here from Missouri. While we were here we both wanted a good local pizza place. We was told to try Francos. My wife is gluten-free. They have great gluten-free options and hands down the best pizza we both have had.
Pizza is extremely doughy and their tiny mutated chicken wings look like they come from Chernobyl.

I don’t have a Franco’s near me anymore. However , I had a chance to grab a Franco’s Pizza because I was in the area. As usual, Franco’s DID NOT DISAPPOINT!! The pizza was amazing and delicious!! Everyone was extremely satisfied and it was great to have it again!!

Food is always ready when they say it will be ready. NEVER have to wait. The staff is always pleasant.
Parking: Always space to park right in front of the building.
Please read if you are inquiring about this pizzeria! Compared to other pizzerias in WNY this one is at the top! Trust me when I say this, the quality is top notch, very clean restaurant and the staff is very pleasant. I was so shocked because I haven't been to this location in about 17yrs because I moved to the other side of town. I remember this restaurant was banging back in the day and it still is! Which is rare for most restaurants. Line up all of the other well known pizzerias, Lanova, Imperial, Bocce, Avenue and MrPizza and they beat allll of em. Specifically THIS LOCATION, because the others sometimes you will get good and bad days. But this location has never missed a day. If someone who works there reads this, THANK YOUUUU YOU ARE AWESOME! Oh and I almost forgot to mention this location is in a plaza and they have reserved parking for their customers right in the front of the building.
