Great pizza but terrible service. Waited 30 minutes past pickup time and still no food. Asked for a refund which manager gave without any question, seems to me like you'd want to know why but I guess not.

Are you serious? Ordered a small pizza. The rep on the line did not state they dont have a size small only personal, medium or large, just put in the order. So spent dang near 20 bucks on a personal sized pizza!? WHAT!? We haven't ordered from francos in a very long time and now I was reminded and will never order from them again. 4 very small square of bs pizza for 20 bucks is unacceptable and if I was told on the phone they didn't have a small I wouldn't have ordered from them. Disgusting overly priced, over rated pizza. Never again.
