If I could give negative I would. No one in the place and waited for more than 10 minutes past the door dash pick up time while staff stood around talking. Had to get their attention as the customers order sat on the counter.

I bought 2 steak subs on 06/21/25 @ the Delaware location. Rob made my food and one was missing hot peppers and the other was missing banana peppers however they didn't forget to charge me $2. I called the owner (Kurt) at the Niagara falls Blvd location and he left B4 2p on Monday and he is off Tuesday. I will call back, I am curious to see if he gives a shit because I know his employees don't. TBD.

Consistently undercooked and over priced pizza. It's not hard to cook a pizza until it's thoroughly done. Guessing lack of experience and guidance in the Tonawanda location judging by the young kids I see when I pick up food. Not likely spending my hard earned money here anymore.

Ive been looking for a good pizzeria in tonawanda and up until now the entire town has been very disappointing. I have had to go to Kenmore or niagara falls for good pizza. But there are times that I dont want to drive and have been settling with francos. Francos is the king of undercooked dough. Ive passed this pizzeria multiple times and judged it by the building. The building is 1000% not taken care of. The owner seriously needs to clean it up. But the pizza i ordered was by far the best pizza I've had in a very long time. Reading other reviews I am skeptical and I know different cooks means different pizza, so we'll see. I will be ordering pizza again. This order was 4/16/25 at 12:30pm. I really hope the consistency is the same because wow. I want more but I usually order in the afternoon/night. We'll see.
Placed an order for a sub 2 hours later no sub They said somebody placed the sub where the delivery driver didn't see and it would be another wait for the driver to get back pick it up and deliver it to me Told them to forget it They always have an excuse very incompetent employees

First time ordering delivery with them. I usually order from JTs pizza wanted to try something different. A lot more pricier and not as much fries for a large! Most likely probably will not order delivery again though.
