Go there! Vitara made the food so perfectly! The atmosphere is lively, good music, clean and there are tvs. I almost didn't go to because the John's on Transit in Williamsville is so bad. I am glad I didn't pass them by.

We had gotten John's for takeout. We do have a family size of 6 people, so it was a pretty big order. However, we picked it up and they forgot a salad & gave us the wrong pizza. They did call to let us know about the pizza and when we came back, they wanted the old pizza back to give to the other customer waiting for it. Which is fine but probably not very food safe. We fortunately got the salad and pizza we ordered. When we came home and unwrapped the 4 subs, one of them was the incorrect size, and another tasted "rubbery". Despite that the pizza was good. The takeaway here was that it was a very expensive takeout (almost $100 including tip) and some of the order was wrong & some not edible. Hope it gets better for others.

We went there half hr before they closed. Pre ordered as well so they weren't upset when we walked in. Looked like they used half the cheese becuse the last 3 inches of the pizza was missing it. Receptionist female was pretty rude asking if we were there for food. Probably would not go there

This location is pretty good. They sometimes make the Western chicken finger sub a little too messy, but last time, I asked them to make it less messy with not so much sauce, and they did exactly as I asked. Friendly service on most occasions. A few times, delivery wasn't available because they didn't have a driver, which was frustrating, but life happens.

Underrated Buffalo Pizza and Subs.Ate here for lunch with the family and everyone left stuffed and satisfied.Pizza crust is fluffy and cup and char pepperoni.Had both Chicken and Steak Philly Subs and both were great.Highly recommend to check this place out.
The food was terrible. The pepperoni was charcoal. The whole place needs a cleaning. The exterior door frame is discusting and ‘sticky. The children working there need adult supervision. The order took an extremely long time (two slices). Won’t waste my money again.

Great service, friendly staff, speedy lunch, tasty food, perfect portions. I was able to have half my sub there and the other half was packaged to go when my order was brought to me. In my experience, there is a high level of consistency from location to location, as well!

Another takeout order, this time John's pizza and subs, Delaware Ave, Tonawanda. We ordered a medium pepperoni pizza, antipasto salad (small size) , turkey bacon sub, and a half steak and cheese sub. Food was on time and hot, courteous service, prices are reasonable. Food was prepared well and delicious.
