Mississippi Mudds is great for standard fair burgers and hot dogs at their indoor counter near the northwest corner of the building accessible through doors on the east side as well as ice cream (Perrys) at their outdoor counter on the west side of the building. With seating on the rooftop (not handicap accessible), indoors, and a covered outdoor patio, you have plenty of options for the family. Or walk across the road to Niawanda Park on the Niagara River for a picnic.
The best! World class views of the Niagara River. Great food and service. Very clean. Seasonal. Mid March to mid October. Western New York legendary River view hot spot. Very well managed.
Great pulled pork sandwich; not overly sauced, good texture, nice balance of meat/fat. While the condiments include pickles, they don't have coke slaw alas. And the bun was a little too easy to dissolve in the moistness of the meat.
A WNY staple! I grew up super close and would come here throughout my childhood. I now live a few towns over but always love stopping here before taking a walk over at the park across the street. The food and service are always excellent with good prices.
Went there yesterday and it was so expensive for a hot dog and a chicken sandwich. We could have gone for a steak dinner.
The food was OK tasting at best.
This place has gone way down hill.
Won't be returning.
I like that they have corn on the cob, excellent burgers and dogs place is clean and staff is nice, but priced like everybody else :(
Classic burgers and onion rings! Went back here with childhood memories about 2 decades later and was better than I remembered. Grab a real homemade burger, fresh fried side, and a soda (pop as I used to know it) and enjoy the lakeside view.
It's good for what it is. Just pretty basic summer food. Burgers, fries etc.
The corn on the cob was good. Hot and hamburger buns were not fresh. Onion Rings were burnt and hard. Not usually like this but disappointed
The Cajun chicken sandwich is the best around,.. delicious. It does cost you $12 but it might be worth it. However, I just had the most disappointing ice cream experience ever. I ordered a sundae with vanilla ice cream & hot fudge & whipped cream. This was $11! (Whipped cream was an additional $1.45). But the disappointment came with the “hot fudge,” it was merely cold chocolate syrup! How can an ice cream place serve an $11 sundae with no HOT fudge?! 😤🤯

Stopped at Mississippi Mudd's and it did not disappoint. I had a hot dog—simple, classic, and absolutely delicious. The riverside scenery made the experience even better. Whether you're there for the food, the view, or both, it's the perfect casual summer stop. Highly recommend for a quick bite with a great vibe.
It would be nice if they were more picnic areas across the street to sit in. It is so busy at this place all summer long. The price for food is exorbitant for just a hotdog, but it is nice if you can get a seat on the balcony and see the river.
They have the best marinated chicken on the planet!!! I could eat one every day!
♥
The strawberry banana milkshake tasted fresh, chocolate custard was great, and I loved the vegan sundae...great dairy free option! I was thrilled that they have dairy free options!
Came here for ice cream after walking along the water in the park across the street. They had quite the crowd for a July 4th evening yet they were well staffed to handle it and we hardly had to wait our turn at all. They have the typical ice cream and custard offerings. Their unique method is to include skin on salted peanuts in their sundaes. I personally found it over flavorful that way but others in my group liked that touch.
