Ordered drive thru pick up hours ahead. Arrived on time. Pleasant young lady advised just to pull ahead behind the 1 car in front of me. Waited almost 15 minutes while the 1st car still sat at pickup ( lesson, don't bother calling ahead, you will wait) finally nice gal came out to deliver orders to myself and the cars behind me as that same 1 car stayed at the drive-up window. Ok, great, until got home and saw that the order received, wasn't what I ordered and paid for. PS. NEVER BOTHER TO ORDER EXTRA MEAT BECAUSE THEY WILL BARELY GIVE ACCEPTABLE SINGLE SERVING (let alone the extra you paid for) not to mention not paying attention to the dessert order requested. Advice to the peeps working there, shape up or don't bother trying to improving your career, unacceptable. Will not return.

Really bad service. I ordered 2 chipotle chicken avocado melts and it 44 minutes for them to fill the order. Around 30 minutes of waiting I asked how much longer it would be and was told my order was almost ready. Another 14 minutes passed and they continued to 12 fill drive thru and ubereats orders before mine. To top it off when I finally got my order, there was no avocado on the sandwiches and wasn’t informed of they were out at the register. Just really bad service.

Strawberry salad can not be better anywhere else. I'm sorry it's only seasonal as I would have it all year round.
We were 2 nd in line, but it took almost 20 minutes to get one meal. The place was dirty. There was food on the floor and dishes piled up. Was like that the last time we went in there.

I love this Panera! It's one of my go-to spots when I want something quick but still fresh and satisfying.
I love the variety on the menu—especially the soups and salads. The sandwiches are always tasty and made with quality ingredients.
The atmosphere is cozy, great for working or catching up with a friend.
The area is very nice & the outdoor seats are good!
