This isn't a review about the food, this is more about the service. We got there at 8:30. They close at 9. I was with my family of 4 and we only wanted dessert. My husband asked if we can get a table and the waitress gave him an attitude and told us as long as we were out by 9 o'clock we could order. I knew we should have left at that point. There was already another family finishing up dinner. We got to our table. I asked for coffee and was served a lukewarm coffee and was only given half a cup. We ordered our desserts with more attitude from the waitress. We will not be coming back to this place again. If you are going to be closing at 9, you should know that you should be there for another half hour at least. Change your hours if you're not willing to stay. No tip offered and we didn't pay for the crappy coffee. Do better next time. Btw, the family was still there when we left and they ordered dessert after 9.

Tried this place for the first time. Got a soup, tiramasu latte, and some pastries to go.

The complementary bread was pretty plain, but came with an olive spread that was nice and the bread paired well with the soup. For $8 the spicy sausage soup was 5/5.

The tiramasu latte was also $8, but while Im glad it wasn't super sweet there also wasn't any flavor and there was so much ice you'd think anyone id was required to order it. 2/5

Then the pastries were disappointing. I spent $9 on a cream filled glazed pastry, thats one of their more expensive items. The glaze has some depth from the rum but the bread underneath tastes like one of those wrapped sweet breads from a 7-11. The cream filling wasnt even filling. Its little more than a dallop on top.

The pastries have both the flavor and texture of something thats been frozen and defrosted. None of them tasted fresh.

Everything was decent. Spent $100 on lunch for 4 and just shared a few things. This was my first time at the tonawanda location. I def prefer the one on Sheridan in every way.

Small restaurant converted from older store, cool idea, nice atmosphere. Ordered stuff mushrooms, 2 soups, spinach salad and Chick Parm and Chick Marsala. Soups were great along with the mushrooms. Salad wasn’t yet touched……That’s when it all went down hill….Oblivious waitress brought luke warm dinners during soup course. We didn’t even start on the salad. The chicken was reheated over-breaded bland freezer-burned leftovers topped with a sauce to match the menu. The waitress delivered one dinner in the center of the table and asked if we needed anything else while walking away. No return until after dinner. Only 10% of the chick Marsala was touched so I asked in jest if this was supposed to be served hot….the only answer was a quick yes and the plate removed and the waitress walked away. It wasn’t busy. 445-515p. Only 2 other tables present. What a disappointment for an anniversary dinner. We will not return. If soups are your thing? Perfect. Every other reason to visit escapes me. Paid full boat for all dinners.

My lunch mates had no complaints about their food from any of their visits. They recommended pizza and paninis. I tried the Quatrro Formaggio Pizza, aka four cheese in English. It's was delicious. Their pizzas are all thin crust, so you'll either love that or not - dealer's choice. The offer half salads if you want to feel healthy while eating something else, or you can't make up your mind! The half salads are still big. Depending on how hungry you are, that could be your meal. The bread you get when you're first seated was good, too. They serve it with butter and ground green olives. That was new for me. They also have a dessert menu of various coffees and confections. They're in a case, so if you want to just sneak in for dessert as take away, you can. The wait staff was very friendly and accommodating.

Their Tiramisu is the best I’ve had in Buffalo.

So highly disappointed that there was no diaper changing station in the bathroom
For my baby. I saw other family's coming in and it broke my heart how great the food and quality the place was but lacked care and heart for people who are enthusiastic to bring their baby out for date night, should be ashamed and I had to change my baby on the seat at the table where our food was going to be consumed, very much disheartening and I so wanted a reason to come back and enjoy all the food goodness there. Should be ashamed.

I don’t have anything good to share except I’m still looking for my pizza from yesterday. Uber choked and the restaurant choked. $47 bucks for mainly panini sandwich, desert. Pizza cost was half the order. Still 2 hungry people.
