I waited in the line for a half an hour at 10 o’clock in the morning a half an hour for one shitty iced coffee that is so unacceptable and then I get to the window and I see about seven employees just standing there. Unacceptable I will never go to this location again

I am a regular who orders iced chai latte. I ordered one after waiting 15 minutes and paying almost $7. I even ordered an extra pump of chai. It tasted like warm milk. I was heading to work and couldn’t return the drink. However, I called and spoke to Anthony who told me to return in the next few days to get a free one. He said he would write my name down. I returned the next day and explained to the staff and they acted as if I was lying to get a free drink and that they don’t write down customers names. I got up to the window was handed the drink with no sorry for the inconvenience or even have a nice day. It is too bad that this is the Starbucks is convenient on my way to work, but I won’t return. The drinks are bad 25% of the time and the service is unkind.

I just waited in drive thru line for a half hour. When I got to window not only did they tell me they didn’t have the sandwich I ordered but also they wouldn’t take my $100 bill. That’s ridiculous, that’s all I had on me. My debit card is closed due to a fraudulent charge so I am currently waiting to receive new one. Their cash policy is absurd. Glad I wasted 30 minutes for nothing

Everyone who works at this store are very friendly and make you feel welcomed when you enter this Starbucks. They are always working very hard. I really enjoy the atmosphere . This Starbucks is very clean .

This is the first time i go to a Starbucks and they give me an attitude unprovoked. I provided my personal cup and just wanted and ice water when the barista proceeds to say is it dirty I can’t take a dirty cup, shocking me cus no barista has ever said that I always bring a cup. Like I said I was just getting an ice water, I already put in a mobile order and as I’m waiting for my order my water was taking entirely too long. I politely asked another barista if she can fill my ice water I even called her honey and she was rude as well I said ice water loud enough she goes and asks what am I putting in water ? And Ice? Just confused cause I haven’t pulled the sticker yet or any sticker. I worked as a barista in the past and I know that you don’t need a sticker for a simple ice water it was never that deep I’m highly disappointed in this location

Too busy to take an order for a brewed coffee, no candy.
I enjoy starbucks coffee, but this location is always out of everything, it seems. It's unfortunate since it's a block away from me.

It was my 1st time going here. My youngest son (13yrs old) enjoys pumpkin spice coffee from Star Bucks specifically. We hung out there cause I bought him a breakfast sandwich, and he munched it down quickly. I enjoyed people watching as he ate. I will go back there and spend some quality time chillin.
Kid-friendliness: My 13yr old son asked me to take him here for pumpkin spice coffee. We hung out and spent 40 mins hanging out with eachother. It was a good experience

Order a carmel Frappuccino it was white no Carmel on the whip cream and tasted like vanilla talked to the employee they squirted Carmel on the whip but the drink was horrible
