if i could rate zero stars here i would! the management here is the worst i have ever seen and honestly aren’t deserving of the job. they treat their employees TERRIBLE. a rude customer threw a drink at a worker and the manager did not do a single thing about this incident. they need to be fired it is workplace misconduct. when will we hold them accountable for treating their staff like they don’t matter????????

Love this new location! These guys always recognize us when we come through the drive thru, they have our order memorized, and always deliver with a smile! I put 2⭐ for food because I honestly think food from Starbucks is a waste of money (small portions, not the greatest aside from bakery items). Overall though these guys are great! Thank you for starting my day off rightly caffeinated ???

The staff needs to be trained properly. I waited 45 minutes for two drinks. There was 9 employees working. 5 refunds were issued during my wait as customers who ALREADY waited 30+ minutes would no longer wait.

I have been going to Starbucks for 20 years and the staff at this location is the MOST UNFRIENDLY, MISERABLE, UNCARING staff I have ever encountered. 6:10 am and I am the only person in there. The manager is filling forms at the register and COMPLETELY IGNORES ME. Walks away to talk with another of the 3 employees as I wait with no recognition until the drive thru person comes to take my order. How about , Good morning, someone will be right with you. I will NEVER GO THERE AGAIN! If you are the person responding to this, don't bother, just fix the problem, hire new staff!

This spot is a frequent stop for us.Vegetarian options: Too many to list, but they accommodate to your needs.Dietary restrictions: Anything you can't have they will remove.Parking: It's in a small strip mall like area. There are 4 businesses in it so plenty of parking for all the places.Kid-friendliness: I am a parent and worry about my child getting a sick with energy added products like redbull, or caffeine... they will easily substitute and be more than happy to offer suggestions on how to make it taste the same without the too much energy needed for children.Wheelchair accessibility: Yes. Handicap accessible and auto door

My drinks are NEVER right at this store. And it’s extremely SLOW! I get it they get very busy. But I frequently go to this Starbucks. And it’s never right! I will be going to another one from now on.

I have been a daily Starbucks customer for the last 6 years. I recently moved and this Tonawanda/Delaware store is my closest to order. Using the mobile app for all orders, all over the country I have never had any issues until ordering from this store. I have ordered my coffee 20-25 mins in advance and when getting to the store my order is not finished, though my order ready time has well passed. I have had to leave the store to get to work without coffee that was paid for more times than I can count. The staff is incredibly rude aside from yelling 'good morning' when you walk in - don't bother attempting to converse with them. If you catch them on a good day they're prepping their next strike because the working conditions at a job where they're giving the bare minimum and get paid more than most around them is just the worst. I will gladly drive out of my way to another location where the employees have work ethic and respect at their customer service job.

The older lady with the short purple hair is the most miserable, incompetent Starbucks employee I've ever had the displeasure to come across. She has never gotten my order correct. If you try correct it, she let's out this rude audible sigh and acts like I'm I convincing her. TodayI ordered a vanilla cream cold brew and asked them to add classic. I got it and she had subbed the vanilla syrup for what tasted like a half pump of sugar. When I asked for a side of classic at least, she said she would have to charge me. I'm done with store, which is unfortunate because the rest of the staff is amazing. This company makes it impossible to quietly complain. If you get this miserable excuse for a human at the window, or counter I'm sorry and make sure you check your order.
