I love this subway location!!!!!! I won’t go to another one. They have the nicest staff ever. I always get a footlong BMT and the meat and veggies are always soooo fresh! You can see them slicing it fresh right behind the counter! As for the employees I am always met with a smile and everyone is very professional, kind and hard working. Their store manager is the best! I promise you will keep coming back just for one of her sandwiches and a good chat. I couldn’t recommend this spot any more!! Thank you Tonawanda subway, for your consistency and positivity that makes everyone’s day.

My wife thoroughly enjoyed the steak and avocado. I consistently order the tuna with spinach, onions, black olives, and sweet onion sauce, as its flavor profile, particularly with the sweet onion, is exceptionally satisfying. I highly recommend trying a 6-inch sandwich, or perhaps even inquiring about a 6-foot option as my wife did. The location is bright and sunny, so please remember to bring your sunglasses and consider complementing your meal with a cookie or a bag of chips.

3 days a week on average, I’ve come to this subway for the last almost 3 years. Most of the same workers. Not one of them seem to remember me, or the same order I get every single time. I never really cared, but I just went in there and they gave me bottom of the barrel dry tuna fish, and pulled a fresh one for the next guy. They are very impersonal drones. Though close to my house, I’m considering not giving them anymore business. I had to edit this because right when I was almost done I found a hair in the sub 😂😂
You get a lot less food than you used to for the money.

This is the 2nd time that I've been to this Subway location and the same 2 young girls were working and they are extremely rude. No customer service skills. Nice to some people and not others. My food was not bagged up so I asked for a bag and the one girl goes " here" and never offered to bag my food. Just shoved it at me. They were rude when I forgot my sauce at the counter. Retrain them on proper customer service skills. They are terrible.
