I took my granddaughter there today for a Boba tea. When she went in she asked the owner to turn off the lights while she was in there because she was Epileptic and the owner told her NO. She had her medical alert bracelet on also. Luckily there was someone there who held her hand while she was having the seizure. My daughter called there and first the owner said the manager and owner were not there and hung up on her when asked why she wouldn't turn off the lights and then hung up on her. When she called back and asked for a phone number for the owner, she said she was the owner.

I am frankly in shock every time we come here and it's not always absolutely packed. Either we get here at not prime hours or people are missing out on a real gem. We live a bit of a drive away from here but this is the one place we ALWAYS stop at if we are even remotely in the area. Every drink we have here always slaps, vibes are so cute, and owners are very welcoming. The best boba/frappes/iced coffees we've had!
