Just was at Texas Roadhouse and was very disappointed. The waiter was fabulous but the kitchen lost our check so our food came out late. They forgot my husband's side and the barbecue sauce on my burger. The waiter told us the manager would come talk to us but she never came till our food was done. I go at least once a month sometimes twice a month for dinner. But tonight was my worst dinner there ! 8 oz. Sirloin dinner, and half way through my dinner I found an eye lash or black hair in the steak juice on my plate.
Couldn’t finish my dinner at all.
we registered as a party of 3 online but my sister in law may or may not be able to make it. so they're making us wait who knows how long to even be seated because they don't want us to put in multiple orders. No compassion or willingness to work with us so we can be seated and at least get drinks and an appetizer now till we know. so ridiculous!!
