Worst Tim Hortons, never get anything on my order right.

I used to love Tim Hortons, everything bagel toasted little butter lots of cream cheese. Moved back into the area about 3 months ago and it is nothing like I remember. You get your bagel barely toasted no butter maybe a little bit of cream cheese coffee isn't mixed right and the attendance could be a little bit more friendlier you guys need to do some work.

Worst experience ever!!! Went to pick up a doordash order. They forgot the customers panini, I come back with a receipt and they argue with me about how they made it. Then one of the girls started laughing at me. Treat customers the way you want to be treated

THIS Tim Hortons is just not Tims anymore.. I don't know if it is the machines. The workers or what but, it is not good. Ordered a Coffee,was a simple triple triple. I went back to see if they could get it right. The girl literally turned around and handed me the same coffee. Saying "here taste this" I said "No still not right, maybe it is the machines or you guys going to fast." She got snippy and was like "I just hand out the food." I get it girl I worked at a Tims many years. Anyways my coffee was still watered down and terrible, tossed it out. That's how bad it was. ? I mean the worst coffee. I'll just take the ride to the one on military.

The morning shift is amazing! The afternoon shift I've had issues with my order being wrong, a little rude and I'm always told to wait when I pull up to the ordering kiosk. This never happens on the morning crew. My coffee is usually spot on here unlike other locations

Absolutely terrible. Unfortunately the staff can’t follow instructions. Ordered 1 small coffee double cream and 1 large coffee triple cream and sugar. Got 2 black coffees.

Parking: Parking spots are always there the parking lot is always full through the drive-thru so it's faster to go in but even though they drive through moves pretty quickly I love Tim Hortons

These dingdongs never toast my bagel. Like come on. Nobody wants a raw bagel. Common sense is LACKING. Two stars only because they make my iced coffee right and heavenly every single time

Went to canal fest in Tonawanda 7/20/24 and stopped at this Tim Hortons for a drink to find cockroaches crawling around the microwave and areas where the food would be prepped. Absolutely disgusting! ⚠️ Stay away from this location⚠️ The employees either don’t know or frankly don’t care to address the bugs actively crawling around the counters. 71 Niagara St, Tonawanda, NY 14150 location!
Cockroach infested. Go literally anywhere else.
