Stopped at this Tim Hortons for some coffee and breakfast before our ling drive. The coffee was good took 20 mins to make for some reason. The food we ordered was good was not well seasoned. Customer service was ok at best.
Did get a chance to meet and nice old gentleman and his lovely dog who are a regular over there.

Was there to get a wrap for my daughter who’s been sick, the female associate told me “we’re not making wraps“, so I called her to get something else… I come to find out the other two ASSOCIATES said she just didn’t take out the necessary agreements, and in two minutes, I hear “we’re making wraps again“…

Wow, by far the worst Tim Hortons I've ever been to. I've given them SO many chances and they are not competent. My order has never been correct. They don't know how to properly make a cold brew. Today I ordered an iced coffee with 1 cream, and it was completely white. I couldn't even taste coffee. Went back to ask for a new one, AND THEY SAID THERE WAS NOTHING WRONG WITH THE COFFEE AND THEY WOULDN'T GIVE ME A NEW ONE. I am completely shocked. I had to drive to a further location to get an iced coffee!!!!! WOW. This location should truly be shut down because there are NO standards whatsoever. I have wasted so much money at this location hoping they would get their act together, but it's not happening. I will also report this issue today to corporate, but I doubt they care about the standards either.

Got a frozen hot chocolate was absolutely disgusting didn’t taste how it should at all no whipped cream loads of chocolate and very sweet

Consistently the worst Tim Hortons chain I have ever been to. I’ve never experienced a single location of fast food restaurant chain that gets orders wrong more consistently than this one. You might as well just ask them to surprise you with what you’re getting because it certainly isn’t going to be what you ordered. Additionally they will frequently have you pull around front to speed up their long drive thru window times into a very tight part of the parking lot where it feels like your car might get side swiped from the next person they send to wait at the side for even a single item order. Do yourself a favor and go to any other Tim Hortons in the area.

Been going here for over a year, with the exact same order every day. Today they put sugar in my coffee instead of Splenda and expected me to pay for the new one after giving an attitude about it being wrong in the first place. I get home to find my cup is broken on top of. Horrible experience and they just lost daily customers because they're worker that they had at the counter couldn't control her mouth.

Wouldn’t honor free coffee after bills got 2 touchdowns. Employees must not be trained properly didn’t even know if they offer that at this location or not.

12 minutes in a 3 car line. Got to the window and had to re order. Waited another 5 minutes from there. 2 coffees that were both 2 cream 1 sugar were about 4 cream, 10 sugars each. Unprofessional and inefficient. Do better

Please do yourself a favor and drive to one of the other Tim Hortons locations a few blocks away. Always out of stock or claiming that the chain no longer serves certain items that I prove are still available by going to a different location. Also the employees here do not know how to brew coffee; tastes terrible.

Hiring people who can’t speak English to work a drive thru must be exhausting for her and it’s extremely frustrating for ur customers. U have a worker who can’t even understand what an iced latte is very concerning
