I am beyond insulted. My dying mother requests Tim Hortons chips, I got her addicted to them recently, what mom wants mom gets. So I drive to the closest Tim Hortons to mom's house and order a large iced tea, only to be told they close at 8, it was around 7:25, so she only has iced coffee or hot coffee. Seriously? So I say okay can I have 2 bags of chips, again nastier this time, I ONLY HAVE ICED COFFEE OR HOT COFFEE! No food we close at 8, again this is MORE than a half hour til close. So I say okay I'll just go to a different Tim Hortons! To which I hear GO AHEAD! and the girl standing near the ordering area with a trash can yelled something inaudible at me when I drove out of the drivethru. When I returned back around she had gone inside and the garbage stood there. I went to a different Tim Hortons on Young st where I received friendly service, my beverage AND mom's beloved chips!! Food is usually alright. Drive thru workers aren’t great at their job. They’re slow, unfriendly, and inefficient. Coming from someone who also works fast food drive thru, there is a LOT of room for improvement. A lot.

Just remembered how a couple of months ago I had to go inside to order, the drive through was being worked on. Went inside and saw gnats or fruit flys flying around on the baked goods when waiting in line. Got disgusted and left. It looked third worldly, except the donuts couldn’t swat the bugs off themselves.

I placed a mobile order we wanted at the speaker almost 10 minutes the woman kept saying she would be with us, we gave my name drove up to window and she still asked the name on the order.I would understand if it was busy but not a single person inside.Absolutely the worst.I should never have to wait 15 minutes on a mobile order.Only giving a one Star because can’t give none.

for the past 6 weeks I have been told their hot coffee and/or the latte machine has been broken- it seems weird that that no one has been able to fix it. Most of the staff is incredibly rude. Such a shame since it’s so close to my house, but I’d rather take the time to go to Dunkin or Starbucks

at some point I will get a toasted bagel and not just warmed. Ask for it toasted 2x and it's burnt to a crisp. One day there will be a Tim Horton's that actually knows what they are doing.... Honestly at this point just get a donut don't get anything else. You are guaranteed a actual good donut. All other items, tread lightly.
