The money I have wasted at this location - Is embarrassing because I keep going back (until now) - The service is awful. Yes everyone is nice! But I’d rather you be mean to me and get the order right! It’s not rocket science. It’s a coffee! The problem is they don’t LISTEN. This is a great location and again staff is nice, but I’ll never go here again. Years of giving this place a chance. I’ll pay more at Starbucks- they may be expensive but I never get a wrong order.

I have paid for a breakfast menu sausage,Egg and cheese on a English muffin but they provide me egg make English muffin with in a bite I have noticed and took back the manager Name Jessica not sure she lied about her name was so rude and pretended like eaten she is the one of the worst experience I ever had please stay away from this location

Go to any other location BUT this one. Customer service is awful, every single review talking about it is not exaggerating. If you look at the images- you’ll see a photo of the ~wonderful~ ladies that I and apparently someone else had the privilege of interacting with (one’s tucked away in the back of the pic). I know it’s early- but guess who signed up to work the 8am shift at a customer service job? You. I’ve worked opening shifts before too, except you’d never catch me acting snappy and dismissive, or sound like I have no life in me when speaking to my customers, no matter what’s happening in my life. It’s common sense… I believe?
To Tim Horton’s: Might wanna consider speaking (or even a further action…) to these ladies. Perhaps a refresher course on how to have basic human decency, there’s enough reviews on them as it is.

Absolutely horrible service. Anytime between 2:45pm and 3:15 pm during the week that I have gone there through the drive through no one responds. Sit and wait and say hello no one responds. Drive around and seen two workers and one customer at the counter. Get some people there that wants to work. How aggravating.

The place does not deserve one star. The worker was rude and impolite, acting in his absence and yelling at me. I ordered a small cup of coffee and two creams only. When she left the road, the coffee was not good. So I respectfully returned to talk to her from the window. She was yelling and upset and telling me not to come back again. Does she have the right to treat customers like this? I hope the manager in charge of the place sees this complaint against the female worker. I am really shocked by her bad treatment. I will never return to this place ever.

This location is in such a hurry to close early they threw out all their doughnuts at 7:15pm. They close at 8:00. Go to the location on Sheridan. They’re much more responsible.
