The place does not deserve one star. The worker was rude and impolite, acting in his absence and yelling at me. I ordered a small cup of coffee and two creams only. When she left the road, the coffee was not good. So I respectfully returned to talk to her from the window. She was yelling and upset and telling me not to come back again. Does she have the right to treat customers like this? I hope the manager in charge of the place sees this complaint against the female worker. I am really shocked by her bad treatment. I will never return to this place ever.

This location is in such a hurry to close early they threw out all their doughnuts at 7:15pm. They close at 8:00. Go to the location on Sheridan. They’re much more responsible.

Just left the drive thru and wanted to make a comment about the girl who brought me my drinks, she was just rude. Even after I said hi and thank you she didn’t say a word and looked mad. I just don’t understand why people work in customer service and can’t even say hi or you’re welcome, or at least respond to customers. Makes me not want to return but it seems to be happening every where you go now a days.
The Pumpkin Spice Iced Capp is gorgeous but messy, dripping with caramel. No napkins provided.

No one wants to work here at this location everyone is always just standing around talking and listening to music they never have the order ready they don't start it until I get here most of the time they don't pay attention at all "oh there's a door dash?" Terrible work ethic
