Make coffee with the wrong flavoring all the time. This time they blew a hole through the ice capp cup and still handed it to us. Really upset that this is one of the only ones open late still.

Customer service was not up to part. They are making a lot of mistakes. Gloves and proper use of hairnets seem to be optional. Food looks like it is thrown in the bag before handing it over to customer. My favorite company has become really bad. Tim Horton please raise your standards again. Make sure the managers are leading their team to provide excellence just like before.

Just bought 2 milks and a few donuts from here. Poured the milk into my protein shake and heard a strange plop noise. Ya the milk was expired by a month. I wasn't going to write a review. Every time i ask to have chipotle sauce put on my sandwich they never do so stop charging me for it if you can’t follow instructions this has happened more then one time !
