This is probably the worst tim hortons in the city. Unfourtanetly the closest to me. Orders are consistently wrong there always out of something and some of the rudest customer service I've ever experienced. This location should just be shut down. And to boot there drive through is designed for matchbox cars. Find it funny that they wouldn't refund order because there out of sausage and thays what I wanted on my sandwich. Gonna be reporting to bbb aswell

Listed as open at 5 a.m., confirmed that employees were there at 5:20 a.m., however I was told that in-store dining was not available until 6 a.m. and that food was not out of the oven yet. Only coffee available. ?‍♂️

I ordered a bagel with cream cheese and a slice of cheddar cheese from the drive through. When I got home and opened the bagel there was only the tiniest sliver of cream cheese and it was Barely toasted at all . It was the driest bagel I have ever had. Don’t recommend this place

Staff is great, scanner doesn’t not work for counter service. I have had to over pay for Lattes,and cold brew coffee. I keep hoping they will fix it. I now have given up and go to Military.

So we went to get a coffee and a hot chocolate at 3:00 and this older woman with the name Joanne, red hair bangs was so rude. We gave her $6 and my bf said he didn't get the change and she rudely says "I got no pennies for you" in a aggressive tone and that was after she gave us the drinks and said have a nice day..

I don't come here much because my truck don't fit thru the drive thru (silverado 2500). I have to drive up on the curb. Now I'm in my car and bottom out pulling into the driveway. Food is decent staff is nice but the property wasn't designed for vehicles

My coffee is never made right. Just got an ice coffee today and no ice at all. It was warm and is just awful. It's not that hard to do the job right especially on a simple order.

Coffee taste bad, never the same. Every time different.Plus morning shift, very rude. Lack customer service skills. Especially the guy that worked 1/25/24 morning around 8 30 am at drive thru. Need better training. Messed up the order and instead of apologizing, blamed me. But yet when he confirmed the order on intercom he got it right. Just didn't deliver the correct order. But showed attitude with his response and didn't apologize at all for the mistake. Just simply blamed me saying I didn't order it right.

This is the worst Tim's I have ever been to. I thought Meadow Drive was bad, but they are the clear winner of the worst service award by far. I live right down the street and most times I can't get out of the house due to working from home and also having two small children. When ordering for delivery, I have no choice but to go to this location because the app doesn't let you pick where you can go. Every single time that I have ordered delivery, it has been messed up in some way. Missing items, clear instructions missed, constant problems. They do not care AT ALL about customer satisfaction at this location. When you try to get anything rectified, all they do is give you points. No refunds, just points ?
