I stopped coming here about a year ago but then was told changes were made. I have since been coming in the mornings on my way to work and WOW what a difference. The drive through continuously moves getting people on their way and my order is always correct and quickly prepared. One time I forgot to order an additional item and when I got to the window an employee named Cheyanne was so nice with helping me out and just adding it to my order right then and there. I leave for work at 4:45am and gave up on this location a year ago because they were never open by 5am. Since returning over the past month not only are they open but they are at full service right at 5am. Whatever changes were made keep up the great work!!!!!

This place shouldn’t even be called a Tim Hortons at this point in time. I went here 3 times all times my food was either wrong or didn’t have the correct items that are disclosed on the menu, so like I said this place should not be called Tim Hortons . They don’t even sell the products that they advertise . This place simply cannot produce quality fast food items. Very bad customer service and speaks for how this place does not appreciate customers.

The dining area was not clean. Trash and crumbs on most of the tables. Employees were not busy and could have cleaned up instead of talking. Discouraged because I go thru the drive thru almost everyday and I thought this location was better than the others.

Was stuck in the drive through line for 10 minutes. Once at teller, 3 credit cards were not taken and they are telling me they are all declined (looked online and all are active). Told them I was in a hurry to work and the two workers at the drive though window laughed and one said sorry your cards declined. Drove off and will not go back to this Tim Hortons. Horrible customer service.

In addition appears store was having trouble with their credit card machine, because the person in front of me kept having to hand them a card back and forth 3x times.

More upset about the bad customer service and being laughed at.
