Good morning to hu this my be interested in or in charge, I will like to know what going on with the morning people crew is a every morning problem with the coffee and i never say anything but men sometimes they don't mix it right or at all but this time i had to throw the coffee away it's like they filter the coffee twice with the same coffee powder that was like water with creamer the service is super bad men they what to give you the faster service and end up forgetting that you are paying for a good service not for a fast service ?

I went thru the drive thru ask for a pumpkin spice latte hot an pumpkin donut got home goes a reg hot latte an apple fritter they can't hear or they should go over ur order not here again

The coffee is average at best they're donuts are only good for one day if you're not going to eat the dozen do not get them by the next day they will taste 50% worse.

If it wasn't for one specific person that treats me and my family very well when we order at Tim's I would put a zero in the review, due to the fact that they cannot do the orders as it should. The quality has gone so low but because of this specific person we go at the same time everyday to make sure that we get her. So sad it used to be my favorite place. By the way the four stars on the service section it's not for anyone but that one person everybody else sucks and they're nasty considering that they can touch their hair play with their nails have the biggest hoops ever then touch money and then touch your food, can you say soap and water with me? Because I'm pretty sure that they cannot. They don't even know simple math like if you tell them two creams and two sugars in their mind it's four creams and zero sugars. You can tell that they take for granted the job that they have and that there is no love or passion behind with what they do. It is definitely not the same... I am done ranting... Good luck folks

When placing my order through the Drive Thru, I along with the other customers are constantly asked to repeat order after being rudely interrupted or cut off after 1 word, wait time is ridiculous (even after you close one of the two lanes). Food is cold and I usually do not receive the correct order. When this happens, I need to park, and then wait another five to ten minutes inside to have the order corrected.

I asked for a “bacon egg and cheese wrap with an orange juice and a hash brown” I was told there were no hash browns so I asked them to just remove it and I’d just take the oj and wrap. once I paid and drove off I took a bite of the wrap and found that it had chipotle sauce on it so I went back and explained what I ordered and what I got. I was asked to pull to the front while they made it. I waited at the front and when they brought the new wrap I checked it before pulling off and I was given a wrap with bacon, egg, swiss cheese (which is weird bc when i normally order this is has American cheese), and a hash brown (which I was told they were out of).

It's definitely not the worst Tim's to visit. I'm not sure how they had an Ice Capp ready, but we had to wait for a Med DD. Oh, well. The service was pleasant, which is not usually the case at this Tim's.
