Ordered two simple coffees and a breakfast sandwich on Uber eats. They tried calling me while I was working because they needed to double check a 3 item order. I received one coffee and the sandwich, the sandwich was decent but my coffee wasn't even prepared the way I asked and it tastes horrible.

This Tim Hortons is honestly the BEST one around. The staff is always so friendly, welcoming, and on point. A couple of them even recognize me when I walk in, and that just makes my whole day 🤗💛
I had a little issue with the Tim Hortons app (corporate stuff 🙄📱), but the team here handled everything perfectly. They were patient, kind, and super understanding — even though it wasn’t their fault at all. Absolute angels 😇💕

The one on Hinman ave and Elmwood is socks. Which is next to my house. The one on military road and Kenmore Ave almost becoming same thing. The one on Sheridan drive Delaware road it is perfect so I have to drive there to get my coffee.

Walked here from my house and the road was a bit tough but the inside is very clean. The air conditioning is perfect and very cool for summer days!! I loved the baby seat available and the furniture was aesthetically pleasing. They serve great drinks and bagels especially. Donuts are great, staff is nice, and wait time is generally short unless busy. Overall I had a great experience. Went here a couple times with some of my friends and they also enjoyed the experience.

I bought food on drive through couple days ago, the sandwich was smelly and taste like it was sitting on floor after cooking for too long. Smell very bad.
Was quick just kept saying they couldn't hear us in drive thru which was annoying repeating ourselves over and over again

Breakfast was cold. Hash brown was basically an ice cube and the sandwich wasn't even close to warm. Window server also 1 star. Poor customer service. Only thing above 1 star was nice lady taking the order. Other than that, extremely subpar. Will not be going back.
