If it wasn't for one specific person that treats me and my family very well when we order at Tim's I would put a zero in the review, due to the fact that they cannot do the orders as it should. The quality has gone so low but because of this specific person we go at the same time everyday to make sure that we get her. So sad it used to be my favorite place. By the way the four stars on the service section it's not for anyone but that one person everybody else sucks...
It's definitely not the worst Tim's to visit. I'm not sure how they had an Ice Capp ready, but we had to wait for a Med DD. Oh, well. The service was pleasant, which is not usually the case at this Tim's.
Very disappointed. Went through the drive thru and they got my order wrong. I went in and they just threw an egg and cheese on my bagel. It was very sloppy and I had to wait another 5-7 minutes.
