Went to get breakfast on our way out to an event, hopped on the thruway right after, I opened my sandwich and there’s hair on the cheese. Disgusted. Opened the second sandwich and same thing.

Parking lot is fix now you need to stripe the lot so people can park right. And shouldn’t the owner park out a bit from the front door so the customers can.

I come here every single day at least two times a day and I would love to give a recognition to your cashier/worker Jamie. She is so pleasant and nice. In most places customer service hasn't been what it used to be. Not only that but she is ALWAYS doing something instead of standing around or being on her phone like most employees. If she ever leaves I'll be sad and would have to find somewhere else to go. Please give her the recognition she deserves!!!

You finally got the parking lot paved but you need to stripe the park8ng spaces. Vehicles are helter shelter. Needs more organized lot.

This place has got to be the worst Tim hortons ever! Got two hash browns that were still frozen! A bagel with barely any cream cheese! Like come on! Do better! And they are just rude here! No customer service at all.

Horrible place . First time there i ordered a bagel and cream cheese on side . I got a golf ball with cream cheese . 2nd time there today . I ordered a BTL with mayo. I got bread ( not toasted), 5 tomatoes , 1 bacon and some terrible sauce instead of mayo . I mean lately any time hortons in the area cant get an order right . Im going to have to find another place to spend my money

I work across the street and we all call this one the bad tim Hortons. Like if I bring breakfast they ask did you go to the bad one? They constantly mess up the order or forget something. If you get a bagel or that Nutella thing they got now it comes with barely any cream cheese or Nutella. If you only order a coffee it’s probably fine but if it’s possible to go to a different Tim Hortons then I would recommend doing that.
All the lights on, sign on indicating they’re open. Says on google maps open until 8pm meaning taking orders until 8 not closed at 7 and leave at 8. If I could leave a negative star, I would give negative 5 stars. Sat there from 730-745pm waiting for someone to say something to me in the drive through. All employees hiding in the back. I know you’re there when there’s 3 cars parked in the lot with no one in them. I say all around don’t go to place they don’t care for the customers anymore.

I stood in line behind 1 person for 20 minutes while 7 different Tim Hortons employees slowly shuffled around. I couldn’t even get my food and had to leave, I lost my entire break waiting for them to finish 1 order.
Don’t come here if you value your time, they don’t care about yours.

Every time Ive been here it sucks, how hard is it to put together a sandwich, old roll, no cheese. Every other Tim Hortons serves the same sandwich warm with everything it's supposed to have on it. If I could rate them a negative number I would. Save yourself the aggravation and go to a different one.
