Love the district of place but when I honestly ordered never got what I payed for always just take at your order before you leave

The staff was rude — the lady us a small drink instead of the medium we ordered and insisted it was a medium, as if we’d never ordered from Tim Hortons before. On top of that, the drinks were inconsistent and both were far too sweet.

I had pulled into the parking lot and was going to go through the drive through but I got a phone call and the parking was. I was away from the door and one of the employees got out of her car alongside of me and started yelling at me. Because I wasn't parked between the lines. my car was not turned off and I had planned and backing out and going through the line When I was finished with my phone call. She stood in the parking lot, yelling and screaming at me and told me that I was not welcome there because she worked there. In all fairness after my call i yelled back at her. I called into the store and asked to speak to a manager, and i've got this really snotty girl who proceeded to tell me that she was just going to check the the camera footage. I never heard back from them and I will never go through that tim hortons again. Their employees are rude and management.Doesn't do anything about it.
Only negative are the nit wits in drive thru that don't hug up to car in front of them so cars can get IN line off the street On their cell phones, not paying attention, we're all in a hurry... ??
"I'm sorry" is a platitude that I neither need nor want, after waiting 10 minutes to pick up a doordash order that has been postponed every time a customer walks up to the counter, even though I've been standing here waiting to pick it up. If you don't feel doordash drivers are worthy of your time, turn your doordash delivery service off.

I used to get bacon egg and cheese breakfast sandwiches all the time. Why? Because they were good. But then they got bad. The eggs would always be green and have a weird taste because of it! And now they only give you 1 egg. For the same price! The world is changing. And not for the better.

Mariana, don’t know how you to spell the girls name that took our order but I believe that’s how you spell it. she had an attitude towards me and my friend and she was slamming our stuff done. Food gets 4 stars. And service gets 1.
