This location does not want to honor the promotions advertised on tv. Ive been a customer of this location for 7 years and now I will be taking my business elsewhere!! Some people may not think a buck or 2 off of youre breakfast is a big deal but consider that 5 days a week over the course of 7 years... its sad that management and owners have gotten that greedy !!

What I experienced wasn’t a simple coffee stop, it was a masterclass in how a business can completely collapse under the weight of its own incompetence.
Being from Toronto I've always had good experiences at Tim Hortons but while travelling to Buffalo to this location this was our experience...
Walking inside, we were greeted with… nothing. Not a hello, not a glance, not even the faintest sign that the people standing behind the counter were aware that human beings had entered the building. We stood there, awkwardly, for five painful minutes, marinating in pure neglect. Eventually, a worker from the drive-through window, apparently the only employee in the entire place with a pulse, wandered over to serve us while the others continued their Olympic-level staring contest with the wall.
When our food was ready, we collected the two bags they handed us and sat down. Within seconds, one employee thundered across the store shouting:
“THAT SECOND BAG IS NOT YOURS! DON’T TOUCH IT!”
over and over like some malfunctioning alarm system.
Mind you, the food was already out on the table because they gave us the wrong bag. Instead of acknowledging that mistake, she followed it up with a classic annoyed teeth-sucking attitude as if we had committed some outrageous crime by trusting the staff to hand us our actual order.
Then came the final insult: my everything bagel toasted with cream cheese and tomato, which I specifically asked to be cut in half, was handed to me whole. Not sliced. Not even attempted. Eating that thing, while missing four teeth, was like being forced into some bizarre Tim Hortons themed survival challenge.
By the end of this disaster, I genuinely felt like I had done something wrong. I’ve eaten at hundreds of Tim Hortons locations in my life, and never, not once, have I walked away feeling scolded, guilty, and hungry all at the same time.
To call this experience “bad service” would be an insult to bad service everywhere.
This was unprofessionalism on steroids, chaos wrapped in incompetence, and customer service so non-existent it should qualify as a work of abstract performance art.
For what it's worth the individual was a young Caucasian girl wearing extremely bright pink eyeshadow.
Zero stars. And frankly, even that feels too generous.

Burned/charred biscuits on both sausage and egg breakfast sandwiches and rude service when it was addressed! This has since been resolved because I erroneously posted a poor review on the wrong Tim Horton’s at NFB Target plaza….Tammy was extremely helpful in apologizing for the way this Tim’s treated me/my concern. I will NEVER come back to this Tonawanda Tim’s again.

I normally go through the drive through and I went into this building for the first time and will never be coming to eat here again. When you first walk in you’re hit with the smell of rotting grease and when you get to the counter to order you can see behind the counter that nothing other then the floor gets mopped sometimes everything was filthy and gross food left out of the counters not in warmers just on trays on the counter coffee grounds, sugar and other stuff spilled everywhere. Easily one of the grossest places I’ve been too and it’s not the employees fault, they are incredibly understaffed and the manager just was kinda strolling around not doing anything to help the 2 women behind the counter. Don’t come here if you don’t want to get sick.

The staff messed up an order that was 35 dollars: I called immediately : spoke to a supervisor who said they’d take my name and I could come retrieve rhem within the next two days. I said okay, I went on my lunch break and was told there was no note ; nobody know what I was talkin about ; and then I asked to speak to a super , the girl said she’s a manager ; I asked if she was who I spoke to she said no ; and she wasn’t gonna handle the issue because there no note ; I had the call on my phone ; it was 10 min. I sat for. 5 min at the drive thru window before somebody even helped me. I asked the manager to call the super since it was only a few hour after the call she refused : and said she’s not handling the issue ; I asked for the supers name she refused ; I explained that I spoke with someone and as a manager she was handling it very incorrectly, she said she was calling the Cops and did ; the company owes me 8 bucks for 3 cookies and I got the cops called on me ; maybe be cause I’m black. I’ll be reaching out to my attorney

Typical Tim Hortons in the Buffalo area. Some staff members are more friendly than others… it seems as though some of them really just don’t want to be bothered with their jobs/customer service…
