I normally go through the drive through and I went into this building for the first time and will never be coming to eat here again. When you first walk in you’re hit with the smell of rotting grease and when you get to the counter to order you can see behind the counter that nothing other then the floor gets mopped sometimes everything was filthy and gross food left out of the counters not in warmers just on trays on the counter coffee grounds, sugar and other stuff spilled everywhere. Easily one of the grossest places I’ve been too and it’s not the employees fault, they are incredibly understaffed and the manager just was kinda strolling around not doing anything to help the 2 women behind the counter. Don’t come here if you don’t want to get sick.

The staff messed up an order that was 35 dollars: I called immediately : spoke to a supervisor who said they’d take my name and I could come retrieve rhem within the next two days. I said okay, I went on my lunch break and was told there was no note ; nobody know what I was talkin about ; and then I asked to speak to a super , the girl said she’s a manager ; I asked if she was who I spoke to she said no ; and she wasn’t gonna handle the issue because there no note ; I had the call on my phone ; it was 10 min. I sat for. 5 min at the drive thru window before somebody even helped me. I asked the manager to call the super since it was only a few hour after the call she refused : and said she’s not handling the issue ; I asked for the supers name she refused ; I explained that I spoke with someone and as a manager she was handling it very incorrectly, she said she was calling the Cops and did ; the company owes me 8 bucks for 3 cookies and I got the cops called on me ; maybe be cause I’m black. I’ll be reaching out to my attorney

If I could give this place a 0 this would be the review. Went through drive thru to place order for a coffeee. The lady stated should couldn't hear me so I spoke up. Then she began screaming at the top of her lungs through the intercom. I was very suprised because I never stated I couldn't hear her. I repeated My order a Large Coffe and she began screaming again. I asked her if she was having a bad day she told me have a good day and wouldn't allow me to place an order. I drove to the window asked for her name she refused to give me her name. Asked for a manager (noon sunday) she advised marnager not in until tomorrow morning. Asked for her name she refused to give me her name. All I wanted to do was order a coffee. There were 2 nameless woman - White and a tad bit overweight and one wore glasses. This is the only description I can give since they refused to give me their names. They were very rude and very unprofessional. I believe they should seek other employment if they are unable to provide good customer service service.

All Tim Hortons in general have gone way down hill especially in the last 4 to 5 years. The coffee is inconsistant and tastes different all the time. Very weak at times. Also, the way they make your coffee. Food is subpar and their cookies are awful. Donuts are not good. Tim Hortons should go back to the basics producing good consistent coffee and breakfast foods and donuts. The donuts are awful. They have gotten worse over the years. Stores are dirty at times and not appealing. I very seldom order food because it is just not good. Bagels are still good. I remember when Tim Hortons was in Canada only and it was such a treat to go their. Coffee was always tasted the same and was very good. As i just said over the last 4 years something as simple as getting a good cup of good conistant coffee is a toss up. Really...most people just want a good cup of coffee.
One of my favorite Tim Horton's. Nice size, nice corner table or sit by the "fireplace". Always good coffee, doughnuts and sandwiches!

Farmers wrap was hot and done perfectly! But cmon this bagel is crime. Everyday I look forward to my bagel with cream cheese and this is what I get today. Can’t imagine anyone including the woman who made it to be okay with this. At the end of the day it is my fault for assuming they would make my food the correct way.

Very disrespectful staff and I am a regular customer and I feel very disrespected I went up to ask for a sugar packet because not enough sugar was put in my coffee and she said in a very nasty attitude what do I want what do I need and I asked for a sugar packet and then when I went to ask for a muffin she didn’t want to take my order and the muffin was tossed over to me very bad experience would not recommend this location to anyone
