The manager Sandy runs the establishment very nicely and provides the Tim Hortons experience I’ve been accustomed to living in WNY my whole life. This is the local Tim Hortons in the Town of Tonawanda and it’s been a great addition to our community due to Sandy and her staff.

Were there today got four everything croissants were extremely stale and employees were extremely rude. Bathrooms were disgusting with no toilet paper urine and feces all over the bathroom in the men’s room.

they got our order wrong again!! they never get the cream and sugar Right ever ever.... so we're not going there again but I've been to some locations that are lovely and always get it right!!

I cant go here anymore...9 out of 10 times that I order a dark roast coffee I get a regular roast so I usually get a shot of espresso but you have to order it on the side because they just wont put it in half the time....the coffee is already 3 dollars and to add a shot of espresso just because they cant possibly give you a dark roast is absurd

Real note, how do you guys manage to have zero effort in making your drinks? It really is awful. Every time I have gone you are missing something in the drink. Like literally a game of roulette to see which ingredient at home I have to supplement. It's really bad, and I want it to be good, it's just SO bad.

Sandi was extremely rude to our family. We are visiting from Canada and went to this location and she was abrasive, rude, short, and had a very negative attitude. She was trying to argue with us about how to use my debit card. All the other staff were pleasant. Sandi needs to work on her demeanour and customer service. Attitude was horrible

I have been ordering vanilla ice coffee at many different Tim's locations, however; this is the only location that consistently messes up a medium vanilla ice coffee with cream. Again, I received a medium coffee poured over ice. No vanilla no ice and it tastes bitter. I am done going to this location for my iced coffee.

I always ordered the same thing - a black coffee (not too tough) & a sausage biscuit.. I DON’T want egg & cheese on it. This location (and others) all mess that part up. 99% of the time it has egg & cheese. This tells me their computer only knows one way to order it.

I always make it clear to the “entity” taking my order. If I try to correct it, they look at me like I’ve got 4 heads. Sometimes my coffee has cream & sugar in it (meaning someone else got my black coffee. After years of this I won’t go to ANY Tim Hortons again. We’re talking dozens of times over 5-7 years. Today was unique. The child cashing out took my $20, out it in the register slot, handed me change and said “Umm, did you give me a $20?” Now I go elsewhere.. Pure stupidity at this place!

the bagel is my final straw. i ordered it with cream cheese. putting this amount is like tipping a server 50 cents. it's more insulting than nothing at all. the coffee was supposed to be a mocha double double. i put the straw in and took the pics. clearly poured hot coffee over ice, as there was just a tiny piece floating. and i didn't drink any before taking these pics. i wish this kind of thing only happened while using doordash, but ive gone through the drive thru 3 times when my coffee was completely undrinkable.

i've worked at tim hortons. the making of the food and drinks is the easiest part of the job. i would never serve this to even my worst customers. also, in this economy, it feels like theft to pay for these inedible things. theft of my money, and theft of my time if i have to go back every. single. time. my order is screwed up. get it together please.
