Had the Beef on Weck sandwich. It would have been excellent but my first time having a Weck and I couldn't enjoy it due to the gross amount of salt on the bun (at least 5x required amount of salt, see photo). I couldnt brush off the massive pile of salt, it soaked into the bun. If you like that, then you'll love this, but it definitely wasn't for me. The beef and au jus part of sandwich were great. I would have given the "food" component of my rating 2 star, but that's not fair, since I just didn't like the salted Weck bun... that's what it's supposed to be (a heavily salted bun). I did find it very pricey for a beef sandwich though, hence my 3 star rating for food category. Otherwise, nice sandwich shop and good service.

I come to Buffalo area fairly often and this place never seems to disappoint! Great service and being GF it is sometimes hard to find a hardy good sandwich that doesn’t break the bank! This is the place for that monster of a sandwich! Thank you

Stopped in during canal fest, but the service was still amazing. Food came out hot and in no longer than 10 minutes. The fried pickles have to be the best fried pickles I’ve ever had. Will be coming again!!

Their beef on weck is to die for! Got it for takeout for lunch today and they absolutely nailed it. The beef was nestled in a pint sized container filled with au jus along with a pickle and a side of chips. Ample portion of roast beef, fork tender and delicious. This is the best beef on weck I’ve had in Tonawanda so far. Also had the hand cut fries and they were a little pricey, but again, the portions were spot on. Keep up the great work!

I heard a lot about thier fish fry's, so tried one today. The fish was piping hot, but hard as a rock and way over cooked. When I cut into it, the batter splintered all over the place like a croutons. While the fish was hot, the French fries were Ice cold... which tells me they were cold when placed in the box. The macaroni salad was tuna and macaroni... with no onion, celery, mayo or salt. I will not order a fish fry from here again.
