Went in with a buddy for a what I thought would be a quick bite. Boy, was I wrong. We waited over 30 mins for 8 wings each in a nearly empty restaurant! When we got the food, it was luke warm, and flavorless. The worst part was the fries, which tasted like they had sugar on them instead of salt. Very disappointing. Prices were outrageous too. I think I would’ve enjoyed dinner from a gas station more than the $19 dinner I felt obligated to eat. I guess I should’ve known better than to go to a franchised wing restaurant when in Buffalo. Lesson learned.
The manager here was very unhelpful in responding to an issue I brought to her concern, told me she couldn’t do anything. Talked to a different manager in Rochester and he had a different, much more helpful response. Wouldn’t recommend.

French Fries sprinkled with sugar couldn’t enjoy my lunch and blue cheese watered down tastes like ranch. We then called the store because of missing fries and manager was super rude and didn’t want to give us another order definitely will not be going to this restaurant anymore 100% dissatisfied!!!

The food tastes different every time you get it depending on who’s making it. Sometimes the order is right, sometimes it not. Terrible service, takes forever to get your order even if you order online. By the time your entire order is done the food is just cold. Service is so bad the store is filled with annoyed customers most of the time. Only time I seen this place do good is when the manager is there which is uncommon. Very disappointing hope something changes soon.
