“The vegan, gluren free menu is completely customizable. Had a smoothie with a cashew butter base, strawberries and pineapple, chocolate chips, coconut shreds and chocolate protein powder. Phenomenal! Very nice servers. Very nice surroundings. Would love to go back.“

“I like to go to this place for their various flavors of smoothies that can be made vegan with vegan protein powder added. The dragonfruit and apple pie ones are my favorite, though pina colada is good too. I've also tried their salad bowl. I think it's a bit small with limited seating, but not an issue if you get beverages or food to go.“

“Liza's is one of my favorites for lunch in downtown Troy. The menu has healthy and tasty choices made with fresh ingredients. Service has always been friendly and fast, yet you will not be rushed as you sit and savor the dishes. The owner Liza who has created the menu can usually be found working at the restaurant, making sure you will return again. And I suggest you do return, so you can sample her creativity in the kitchen!“
