I hired B-Rads to provide apps/sides at a wedding reception recently and can't recommend them more! Brad and his team are on top of their game. They were easy to work with, professional and very responsive. I heard nothing but great things about all the food that made me regret not getting a chance to try everything! When the weather didn't cooperate, Brad worked with my coordinator to adapt to the conditions and lent us weather-proof chafing dishes that saved the day. I would hire B-Rads again in a heartbeat!

B-rads catered my granddaughters barn wedding on 8/19/23.Brad and Molli are super. They were always there when we needed them. The food was amazing. The staff was very attentive. For our cocktail hour Brad put together an appetizer station with everything imaginable..meats, veggies, fruits, cheeses, etc…it was immense and the presentation was beautiful…it was a meal in itself. They are second to none as far as professionalism, easy to work with, very flexible, and the food was amazing. We had an on site pig roast , appetizers, side dishes, and something for everyone. They are so detailed and professional, we were blown away- Brad thinks of absolutely everything. They communicated efficiently prior to the event and even included a bunch of things at no cost that they had like tents and cocktail tables. We had a buffet style dinner and the late night food truck. I couldn't count how many people told us how good the food was and how it was the best food they've ever had at a wedding before. The staff the day of were very polite and helpful. We would recommend B-rads for any event over and over again!

The service is perfect, the wraps were delicious, and they had opinions for folks who are vegetarians and on plant based diets. Sara was sweetheart and was very helpful and was able to answer any questions I had regarding prices, menu options, ect. I definitely will be using them again and I highly recommend them.
Recently ordered food from B-rads. Everything was delicious. The Buffalo chicken chowder is excellent. The fruit and cheese platter, aka charcuterie, had a wonderful variety of both fruit, cheese and a nice piece of honeycomb. Very responsive and professional staff. They will be my go to caterer.

We booked B-rads Catering for my birthday on July 4th. They were very responsive and helpful even though we didn't give them a lot of lead time to prepare for the event. The food was great and the portions were very hearty. Our guests really enjoyed the food - we got pierogis, sausage and peppers, baked ziti, vegetable skewers, some wraps and a dip platter. Brad also worked with us to make sure that the timing for our food pickup worked with the time our party started and we were very grateful for that. I would definitely recommend B-rads Catering in the future!
