I hired B-Rads to provide apps/sides at a wedding reception recently and can't recommend them more! Brad and his team are on top of their game. They were easy to work with, professional and very responsive. I heard nothing but great things about all the food that made me regret not getting a chance to try everything! When the weather didn't cooperate, Brad worked with my coordinator to adapt to the conditions and lent us weather-proof chafing dishes that saved the day....
